Staff at reception conned me full day stay for early check out,Fridge was not working full of fungus,breakfast what was served I don't even give to my dogs. When ever you call reception the male staff never gives service I changed my hotel to another so just lost my business

The Monroe staff were lovely the manager sent fruit to our toom twice which was very nice. The room was fine. We got an amazing deal so based on that we were happy. The location is not for everyone busy and noisey for a holiday. On business or a night or two is ok. Big disappointment was the pool area stark nothing to make you want to stay an relax, pool its self and staff are nice. We are now in dubai same standard but pool area is bright; cheerful so much nicer to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The aproch to the pool area is not very nice either.

Good Hotel with Poor parkin/ pool facilities”
The hotel was very good considering the size of the rooms and location. It was easy to get around from where we were even though it felt like we were in a mini mumbai at times. The breakfast buffet was reasonable but could do with more variety. Staff were very helpful but i was not impressed with the tight parking facilities and not so clean pool and gym area. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay at the Monroe.
