"So far room is very good 4.5/5 and so do the facility (eg: pantry). Only area outside hotel need to be upgrade. Cleanliness outside hotel 1/5. Metro Porte de Montreuil is very near. Walking distance. Be careful taking the metro during night time. Avoid strangers/scammers. Taxi or Uber could cost more than 20 euro++ to Paris central and same from CDG airport to hotel."

"This is a run-down hotel in a run-down area. No good restaurants to speak of in walking distance and shops boarded up etc. We booked at peak time (holidays) so the room rate was very high, but we got: cracked toilets, no shower screen, minimal amenities. The hairdryer is a vacuum-style hose attached to the wall. Not recommended. IBIS is usually cheap, but this is bottom end."
