The best service i would say! Housekeeping everyday! Very very clean and that’s what we always want, a CLEAN ROOM. Friendly staff, polite and helpful. It’s recommended if you are in seoul. Walking distance to myeondong and namdaemun and its super convenient. The GS25 right at the hotel lobby another convenient for us! The only downside is, the aircon is centralised and its not convenient for baby because they cant sleep well due to warm room. Other than that is all okay! Only thing is my baby kept crying at night due to warm room and dont know if he awakes the neighbours or disturb by his crying. 😂

Went to Seoul with my friend and we chose this hotel as it was highly recommended by another friend. We were so happy that we chose Nine Tree Premier Hotel Myeongdong 2. First of all, the staff were SUPER helpful and patient with all of our queries. We had help with ordering food delivery, making restaurant reservation, getting recommendations of places to eat, getting a cab to the airport and helping to load our luggage into the cab. We wanted to give a tip to the staff who helped us load our many and heavy luggage into the cab, but he refused to accept it. We were super grateful but did not manage to get his name :( Thank you for recommending the samgyetang restaurant to us and helping us with the luggage! When we first entered our hotel room, we were surprised and pleased that the room was quite spacious, big enough to open 3 luggage fully and still have walking spaces. The room was also very clean. We were just opposite the pantry so it's convenient for us to get water and heat up food using the microwave. There's also a laundromat at level B3, which was a little inconvenient as it gets a little hot there during the summer period. Nevertheless, we were still grateful we can wash and dry our clothes. The hotel area was quiet yet accessible to Myeongdong and different subway lines. It was really convenient to travel around Seoul with the subway lines and bus stops in the area. There were also many popular eating places surrounding the hotel as you can see long queues during lunch and dinner period. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in this hotel and would love to go again if we have a chance!

Stayed here with family of 2 younger children. Hotel staff are friendly. Location is walking distance to myeong dong night market, probably 10-15mins walk and nearest train station also 5mins walk only. Hotel lobby itself has 24hr mart and next to hotel also has at least 4 convenience store and places to buy food. There is self service washer and dryer as well. Room is clean and big. Would definitely come back here next time.

Good location, great staff and cleaniness”
We checked in 4 days. Location is super as it is less than 5min walk to line 2 and line 3. Also 5min to a bus stop that leads to myeong dong Station where we had our day tour meeting point. It has convenient store at level 1, and restaurant at the streets nearby. Although our room is facing the construction side, but the noise is minimal during the morning, we were out whole day so it didn't bother us at all. Breakfast was decent and worth the price. I will book this hotel again.

Room was spacious, we could open up 2 big luggages and still have space to walk around. Toiletries and mineral water were replenished everyday. Awesome location, convenience store just below the hotel, only 5 mins walk to Euljiro sa ga station. Myeongdong shopping area is also of walkable distance. They have a self service locker area in the basement where guests could store the luggages before checkin/after checkout which was quite cool. Enjoyed our stay here and would choose to stay here again when we visit Seoul next time.

Hotel is quite new and located near Myeongdong shopping area, subway station (Line 2+3) is just nearby, very convenient for tourists. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, even has a bathtub. Soundproof inside the room is great, can hardly hear anything during the night, very quiet. The best part is the convenient store just located at the lobby, you don't even have to walk outside for a quick snack or drink. There are also lots of restaurants around the hotel with lots of options to choose from. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

After staying 5 different hotels during my stay in Seoul, this hotel had one of the best staff who went above and beyond. They all made sure that my stay was comfortable, and even my trip outside of Seoul convenient by storing my luggage for a couple of days. My room had a great view of Namsan and Euljiro as well. An efficient layout and comfortable beds. Highly recommend Nine Tree Premier.

The location is quite near the airport bus terminal, and the room is spacious and clean! At the lobby there is a supermarket make it super easy to get a late night snack ! Really recomendded, especially the bathroom and shower area is different make it really comfortable to use since there were 3 of us who stay there

Loved our stay at NineTree Premier. If you enjoy walking much like myself, this hotel is perfect. During my stay we walked to Gwanjang Market, Dongdaemun, Insa-dong and Gyeongbokgung Palace amongst others. Shower amenities were great, especially loved the smell of the shampoo and that the toilet was fitted with a bidet. Big beds and spacious/clean room. Please note however that the check in time is strictly at 3pm. There was quite a queue forming when I arrived at 2.45pm.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The housekeeper cleans the room every other day. The hotel is near to the airport bus drop off just 5 mins walk. same goes to the metro station. The station eujilro 3 is the centre of all major attraction. It is not far and most of the tourist attraction is connected via the metro line at eujilro 3. Def recommending you who are reading to give nine tree a try. Its my second time here and still as good as before. not to forget, there's so many local restaurant around that you will not even have a slight chance to be hungry.

Its a short 5-10minute walk from Euljiro 3 ga station and located in a good area in Seoul. The facilities are excellent. The convenience store being inside the hotel itself is very useful, and the coin laundry machine at the basement floor is useful as well. The room was comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone wanting to explore Seoul.

I may come back again if i couldn't book another NineTree hotel in another location. It takes about 4 mins walking to the nearest subway station. From Myeongdong market street about 10mins walking although my group had the 5y/o kid, it still ok but only if the weather is great. We used the Navermap and it's very easy to find out the way back to the hotel. Around the hotel there are many small restaurants to try. Starbuck coffee just nearby about 10-20steps away. So close! Room is tiny but clean, bathroom has the bath-tub (for my booking room). The only thing i don't like is breakfast, not so much choices. Besides, I booked 2 rooms, each room 1 adult and 2 kids (kids aged follow by 5-8-9-11) but each room only have 1 slot of breakfast (only for adult), kids must be paid extra fee. That sounds fun for me but it's true. I just realized it when i checked-in at the hotel. Normally,i think that since the room allows staying 2adults and 2kids under12, it supposed to have at least 2 breakfasts. Although I have only 1adult staying i'm still be able to convert the other slot of breakfast for 1 of my kids (the elder one) but the hotel reception said NO, i have to pay for kids, because I stay 1 adult then I can only take 1 slot of breakfast 😂. Unbelievable! Luckily they have the great staff, who was very helpful on the day we left, my sister forgot something at the hotel, i called the reception and right away they help me to solve the problem. The staff named Leo Kim. (5 stars for him). He has helped to make me feel relief about the breakfast.

I love everything about this hotel: 1. Clean rooms, literally spotless 2. Super helpful and friendly staff! 3. Location, not in the heart of Myeongdong shopping street, but I like the stroll especially when we pass by the Myeongdong Cathedral. Perfect walk during Autumn! 4. Laundry room! 5. Plenty of restaurants and bars are surrounded by and 5-10 walking distance from MyoungDong. When I go Seoul I usually stay at Nine tree MyungDong 2 . It’s like my regular place in Seoul. Great amenities. Filtered water & ice machine, clothes steamer and microwave on every level. Walkable distance to myeongdong area with 2 toddlers. Only complaint is that the room temp cannot be adjusted. Since it’s winter, only heater is available and some days it gets too warm at night. 30.5 degree celcius for room is too warm and stuffy for comfort. Front desk only offered a fan as alternative. Suggest to hotel to keep room at a comfortable temp for sleep. My kids were perspiring through the night.

Extremely nice room. Very spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful as well. The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance to myeongdong and is proximate to a number of tube stations. I was very pleased with my stay there.

Room was clean. We were given an upgrade which we appreciated. Didn’t had a chance to try the buffet breakfast. Location is in the heart of myeongdong. Walking distance from night market and cathedral. Also very near to the subway station. Could have been a bit cheaper but it is still 4/5 to 4.5/5 when it comes to value for money. what i liked the most is that they have storage service for free for 12 hrs. Helpful when you check out and need storage when waiting for your taxi/service back to the airport.
