After completing the immigration inspection and receiving your luggage, head to the floor below without leaving the airport. There are signs inside the airport, and I asked airport staff before the signs appeared, and they all knew the location of the hotel. I had breakfast, and it was delicious. The price is a bit high, but other than that, it's perfect.

My Stay of 2 Nights - 16 to 18 January 2024”
Niranta Airport Transit Hotel & Lounge Terminal 2 Arrivals/Landside was highly recommended to me by my spouse who stayed at that property in March 2023. I had arrived from the Bangalore flight on 15th January late night and had to catch the next flight on 17th January early morning. So I booked Niranta for 1 night from 16 to 17 January 2024. I requested for an early check-in which wasn’t available as the hotel was fully booked. I was told by the hotel staff to come at 08:00 am, then I was given access inside the property. Security measures are very important for the hotel and their guests as the Indian Army Officers are located at the entrance of the hotel. I checked-in and was offered breakfast while the room was being cleaned and ready. Breakfast buffet is well set with an array of dishes both continental and Indian. Service was good despite that the hotel was overbooked. Around 11:00 my room was ready and I went to the room. The room is big with a comfortable bed and bedding amenities. There’s complimentary tea, coffee station and water. The minibar is available at an additional charge. The bathroom and amenities are of good quality. Guests are also offered a 15 minutes complimentary food Reflexology at the Ode Spa inside the property. I relaxed and then went out in the city. Reception issue a pass for guests going out and an entry should be lodged at the gate for exit. The soldiers are there assisting guests in a courteous manner. The process is smooth. I wish to thank the (gents and ladies) soldiers for being there for the security of guests and staff 🙏🙏🙏 I spent the night at the property and felt very relaxed and comfortable. My flight was cancelled due to a cyclone at the destination. Therefore, it was very convenient to get info as I didn’t had to check-out and carry my luggage to the airport. I was informed that the flight would depart on 18th January rather than 17th January. I felt lucky as I didn’t had to have the hassle of checking out. I was reassured by the airline staff that they will ensure that we are on the next flight 18th one. I came back to the hotel and book 1 additional night and felt relieved as I was staying inside the airport and whatever changes and adjustments had to be made I was just few steps away from the departure lounge. The next day I went for breakfast and the Chef came around to see if we were fine and if he could assist us with some special likes or additional treats as we were stranded. Thank you Chef to you and your team as well as the restaurant staff for taking good care of us 🙏. I went to the O’de Spa at the property and Smita the responsible was kind and courteous. She arranged the slot for Reflexology to my convenience. Of course priority is given to paying guests which is fully understandable. The therapist was good too. The ambience was nice. Thank you to both 🙏. The Reception staff were helpful with my luggage and the Housekeeping staff was also very professional and courteous. I wish to thank the entire team for their good service and dedication. I would highly recommend Niranta Airport Transit Hotel & Lounge Terminal 2 Arrivals/Landside to passengers due to its location and good service. My elderly parents were booked into the Niranta prior to their return flight. However, before they could even get into the hotel they were prevented to do so by the over zealous airport security staff who demanded a full print out of the booking confirmation rather than accept the PDF version/booking reference, visa, passport and return ticket! The hotel staff tried to help but even they couldn't fully appease the security staff at first. Eventually it was sorted but it left a sour taste with my parents. I recommend the hotel provide clear guidance as to what you need when using the hotel. The hotel itself was fine with a superb location (assuming you can get to it)! Breakfast is provided and the rooms clean.

My wife & I stayed at the Niranta after an afternoon flight from Goa into Mumbai prior to a 10 am international flight out the next day. Our reason for doing so was to make the journey home as stress free as possible. Our aim was achieved. This proved to be is a well located hotel - a relatively short walk with a trolley full of cases from arrivals and to departures. Check in was smooth, our room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ventured outside the airport (make sure you ask the hotel for passes before doing so) but there wasn't much by way of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. So we dined in the hotel restaurant - and were pleasantly surprised. Prices not bad and the veg biriani I had was as good as any I had eaten in the preceding 3 months in India. All in all, an excellent choice for what we wanted

This was a very great option to stay at as it was located right in terminal 2. Once you finish customs you do not need to exit the airport. Simply go downstairs. Room was very spacious and amenities were good. There was a lot of noise coming from somewhere and the room could use some updates as it was clear there was signs of wear and tear and cleanliness issues like stains on the sheets and old stains on the toilet. That being said, for the price compared to hotels outside of the airport it was good.
