After my business trip, I stayed privately for a few nights. I was in a single room on the top floor, which was indeed a bit cramped, but the absence of a wall-mounted TV and desk did not create a sense of pressure. Most importantly, there was a large window with a single armchair and a round table by the window, where I could spend a long time gazing at the distant sea, watching Netflix, or using my laptop. Although cleaning is not done every day, they kept the room clean, and towels and pajamas were replaced daily. Many of the staff at the front desk were foreigners, but I had no communication problems with anyone, and they seemed to provide courteous service thoroughly. The location is good and convenient for going out to Kokusai Street. There are convenience stores nearby, as well as shabu-shabu restaurants and izakayas, so I had no trouble finding places to eat. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The next time I come to Okinawa, I would like to request a high floor again.

We stayed here 2 nights before our flight out of Naha. It has an excellent location, as it's walking distance from the Fukushuen Garden, Kokusai dori Food Street, and the monorail. BUT the hotel check in process took longer then normal as the staff makes you use a kiosk to check in that is super slow (even though they are behind the desk), the hotel itself was SO HUMID that they have dehumidifier by the elevators on every floor that is doing absolutely nothing, and although room cleaning is supposed to come everyday that you set our your "please clean my room card" there was black mold in the bathroom by our toliet.. I liked the layout of the room, as it was small but the layout made it more spacious and I liked that they have a coffee bar with a kettle, coffee maker, and fridge. But I wouldn't stay here again with my child due to the toxicity of mold.

Arrived early at 11.leaves luggage and comes back 3 checked in. Staff friendly and communication with English. Room is clean but no safety box. Next morning we decided to have breakfast paid 1700 y for each . Within eating. Staff come to me for corrective payment cause he charges me 2 times visa. So friendly. And he helped out to take a bus to Praco city. Appreciated. I recommend it public. It is nice to stay

The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere, but there are areas where cleaning has not been thorough. The ventilation fan in the bathroom had accumulated dust. Additionally, upon closer inspection, signs of deterioration can be seen. However, it is not excessively dirty, nor do I have complaints about my stay. The location is good, as it is a 5-minute walk from the prefectural office.

Hotel staffs is very helpful and fantastic, able to communicate in English as well. Foods recommendation by the staff was awesome and nearby location. Shopping street and Railway station are accessible within walking zone. Room was clean and fresh tower daily. Will come back again for longer stay. Highly recommended for solo traveller.
