We stayed at the hotel early January although renovations are still ongoing it’s a lovely hotel but the location is the best selling point it’s in a fabulous area with lovely restaurants around and the tube close by We stayed in the loft suites and they were lovely

Almost everything on the Agoda wrb site was a lie. There was on going constructions and extreme noise at the hotel. The hotel was extrenely dirty. There were a lot of workers on the corridors. I refuse to stay. They said they will not charge any payment Agoda charged thı whole amount although I didn’t stay at the hotel and the hotel agreed bot to charge. It was an expensive nightmare for me.

I recommend this accommodation. The location of the room felt like it was a construction site because the hotel was under renovation, but the room was clean and the interior was sensuous. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were kind. I'd like to stay here on my next trip to Paris too :)

We stayed in a renovated Deluxe room which was large with a large bathroom. We really liked the room.. Bed is comfortable.. Large windows.. Sunny rooms.. Coffee machine.. If you have any issues you can call the receptionist or WhatsApp and they solve it immediately.

The location of this hotel is superb. The hotel is right next to the louvre museum and the metro is in walking distance. There’re Starbucks and McDonald’s nearby including supermarket which is really convenient. You can also find great local restaurants near hotel as well. Our room is quite small but good enough for couple or solo travelers. The room is really clean and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Compared to the price, this hotel is really great value for money with the location, the convenience, and the services. Overall, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience at the hotel, and we’d gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and families.

Good location but not stroller-friendly!”
The hotel is in a good location that I was able to walk to the Louvre museum and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are spacious and they offer baby bed in case you need/want it. Staffs are warm and super nice. However, the hotel is quite old and looks to be under some kind of renovation at the moment. The thing that I didnt like the most is to get to our room, there is a 6-8 step stairs that I needed to pass through which was quite inconvenient because I had to carry my baby's stroller. There is a cafe in the hotel for which they serve breakfast for 15euro but I don't think the selection is worth it. Luckily, the hotel is in a good location surrounded by restaurants as well so you can easily go around and get some food. Apart from restaurants, there is a Starbucks and McDonalds nearby as well.

Frustrated. ”
My boyfriend holds a South African passport which requires him to apply for a French visa. In doing this, a PDF of the stay was required for the visa process. This took 6 attempts. With multiple emails left on read. One specific individual was incredibly helpful, however everyone else simply just did not reply. The French visa was delayed due to Covid. Because of this and the Canadian advisory not to travel outside Canada implemented dec 15, we were not able to fly to Paris. We were supposed to visit Paris/Switzerland. Switzerland implemented a lock down Dec 10. Because of this we also could not travel. We lost thousands in hotels and flights. When I explained the situation to this hotel, they said no refunds. When I requested to escalate the situation to try and recoup anything at all, they again left me on read. With no reply.

Escolhemos este hotel por sua excelente localização próximo ao louvre. Ficamos hospedados no quarto familia que estava recém reformado, novíssimo, com banheiro espaço, camas confortáveis e ótimo aquecimento. O café da manhã servido pelo hotel é simples mas muito gostoso. Não tem muitas opções mas oq oferecem é bem fresquinho e saboroso. Pontos negativos: o hotel está em reforma, portanto muitas áreas estão com materiais espalhados além de muitos trabalhadores circulando; pouquíssimos funcionários na recepção, são muito gentis porém demoram muito para atender as solicitações; não tem garagem, para quem vai de carro tem um estacionamento público bem pertinho

위치도 정말 좋고, 근처에 지디 단골집이라는 사누키야, 많이들 좋아하는 아스티에드빌라트 있구요 튈르리 정원이나 루브르, 에르메스본점, 샤넬깜봉점 다 도보로 가능 해요 : ) 최근 리노베이션으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋구 조식도 맛있었어요. 대부분 유럽의 호텔들이 리모와 가방 두개 못펼칠 만큼 좁은데 충분히 넓고 화장실도 커서 파리 가면 재 방문 할거에요 강추해요

一切都非常完美，旅途舒适愉快！”
首先位置太好太好，卢浮宫就在眼前，奥赛博物馆就在对面，歌剧院就900米，凯旋门，香榭丽舍大道就走15分钟，赛纳河和铁塔是2公里，带孩子走路30分钟，简直太好了！服务态度特别好，住的房间特别舒服，早餐特别好吃，期待23年6月，孩子的假期再次入住！
