Easy access to CDG airport with free shuttle bus. Take note - to Terminal 1 you will have to change to a shuttle tram as the bus only goes to T2 & T3. Nice rooms with Nespresso machines, microwave. Limited eating options but hotel has minimart for quick small meals.

The worst experience ever!”
We stayed one night with our 14 months old baby before our very early flight next day. First, the location is complicated and there are no shuttle buses from airport to the hotel. When we called them to ask about the shuttle bus, they didn’t answer the phone at all. Second, they were not professional at all. It took 20 mins just for check-in! ( There was no queue! The receptionist was dealing only with us !!) jAlso, the shuttle bus from hotel to the airport takes 3 € per person and they took the tax for the stay. Moreover they asked for 50€ deposit for the stay. They don’t mention these kind of things anywhere. Third, when I put water into the bathtub, I realised that the water was not clean. Many scales were floating…

It was under construction! Hot water didn’t work, safe was broken, lounge was a construction site. No food or restaurant. Novotel has three hotels is same area so taxi couldn’t find the correct one. NEVER AGAIN.

Great Location near airport”
Location is good if you need to stay near by airport but if you need to travel to city downtown, get ready to pay big $. Taxis are not so cheap and if you want to use local transit, you need to understand the system as well need to spend time on travel. Otherwise the place is clean with reasonable breakfast.

This is an airport hotel and there is a bus stop near the hotel where you can take a bus to the nearby shopping mall for some food and shopping. You can arrange for one pick up and one drop off at the airport but it has to be arrange ahead of time. It doesnt run with constant intervals.

Good Rooms Far from city.. travelling can be an issue and tiring if you are travelling by train and bus No USB drives or Indian adoptaors in hotel. You have to purchase from vending machine. I found Previous guests KFC bags in my room cupboards which were not taken by house keeping team since 2 days. Eventhough i requested for wake up calls and double confirmed with manager on previous night , staff did not bother to make wake up call..

Good Hotel but poor staff(driver)”
The hotel is good, very clean, and ideally located. The reception staff were excellent. But we had poor experience with the driver of the shuttle. He was rude and impolite. He did not keep up the timings of the shuttle, and when asked he was rude. He threw our baggage in the back with utter regards if it can be damaged. I had to control my urge to respond, all I can say is, he was lucky I was a tourist and I did not want to spoil my family's vacation for a lousy man.(he looked like a philipino or Indonesian or may be Bangladeshi). Otherwise the Hotel is excellent and commendable. I wish the hotel recruit drivers who welcome guests with a smile and help them, as they arrive tired after long flights. Of course all the guests pay and deserve professional service.
