"Hotel was located near to many of the hotspots (e.g. Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Printemps Haussmann, Paris Opera and etc) in Paris with walking distance. Basic amenities were available in the hotel and there are convenient store within 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. However, service provided by one of the staff was not that friendly. Requested whether there is other available room after found out that the door cannot be locked properly but was being rejected without checking for the availability. Overall still satisfy with everything. "

"We spent our Christmas at Intercontinental Paris Le Grande and had a fantastic stay. This is a beautiful, grand hotel, we were given a nice large room with a great view of the Opera across the road. This hotel has excellent staff, and fantastic attention to detail – my girlfriend mentioned that we were visiting Paris as an early birthday celebration. We returned from a day out exploring to find a large cake and bottle of champagne with a birthday card waiting for us in the room – little touches like this really helped make the hotel stand out. The hotel is very conveniently located – the Opera train station is just metres away, with numerous cafes within walking distance. Also within a very short walk is the Galleries Lafayette. To and from the airport, there is a Roissy bus stop located across the road just outside the Opera which saves a lot of effort. We had a great Christmas here and would definitely recommend the Intercontinental to anyone "

"Finding a family room for three or four in Paris is like looking for a needle in a haystack so Hotel Havane is a gem. Good value considering the central location in Opéra (9th) and convenient to transport. In a quiet side road off Rue Lafayette so not too noisy for Paris. Room was basic tho. Two comfortable double beds but inadequate storage for clothes, so good we only lived out of suitcase for three days. Smelly plumbing. Shower was clean hot but only large enough for a mouse. The hotel was very clean just old and a bit tired in decor. If you just need somewhere to sleep without breaking your budget, this is perfect."

"Our aim for a hotel in Paris for my partner’s birthday was to be one that is memorable, unusual, beautifully adorned, rococo (Frenchy?) and not too expensive. the inclusion of balcony with a marvellous view of Sacré-Cœur, a Jacuzzi bath and close proximity of Moulin Rouge made the whole experience one of our very favourites! The area is one to 'experience Paris by night', only a short, rewarding stroll up to Montmartre. This was one of our favourite places of Paris, Place du Tertre, a small square of restaurants with a gathering of artists and fun life-loving musicians. Eating/drinking here you won't be disappointed. Great to then walk back down the hill to the hotel at the end of the night. All the staff were very helpful and polite, Pierluigi (hope I have spelt the name right!) was so lovely and could not do enough to accommodate. Suggesting fantastic restaurants right down to helping us with our flight check-in tickets! This is the place to go, we will love to return here soon!"
