Great value hotel”
This hotel is tucked away in a side street which is about an eight minute walk away from Gare de Lille. The hotel is basic but has everything you would want and need. Rooms spotless, linen changed everything day if you want it to be, breakfast is a variety of bread, cake and biscuits with plenty of butter, preserves, cereals, yoghurts and fruit juice. Hot drinks also available. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in such an ideal spot and from there it’s an easy walk to buses, trams and trains. It’s also easy to walk through Lille and to the old town which is such a lovely part of the city. There is nothing fancy about the hotel but it has everything you would want and need. I will definitely return there. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Location was fantastic. It's easy to go around from city center to the train stations to the mall. Several great restaurants and services near it. If you are a first timer or a regular visitor to Lille and need an inexpensive home, this is the place.

Exceptional Value”
I thought the hotel to be exceptional value for the price. The hotel is two minutes away from the train station and the Eurostar station. It is within a few minutes walk to the Grand Place. It is just off a main street that is always busy, making it feel very safe; in fact. With it being a few minutes from Grand Place, you have everything around you. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. People may not like the bathroom as it is really small; the toilet is almost in the shower haha, but it's all good, you'll survive, at least it was clean! In the corridors to the room there were some stains on carpets which I personally don't care about but others may find this to be unclean. I never had breakfast so can't comment. If you want somewhere cheap and safe then stay here. The staff were always incredibly helpful too.

Location was fantastic ...close to good dining, city attractions and access to and fro the city was good. The bed was comfy but that was all. The ensuite facilities ... poor, breakfast options ....we went out!!, staff were friendly. The lobby and areas outside the room were smelly and dirty. Room cleanliness was much better. Will look elsewhere next time we visit

Terrible. Carpets in corridors were extremely dirty, the room itself was also dirty. It is in a very noisy street and the person in the room next to us was shouting and fighting with somebody as well as banging on the walls and even our door, nothing was done about this by the staff! It was so bad that people from the street were looking up to see what was going on in the room. I would not go back.

when you flush the toilette it doesn't work, and one night, instead to send someone, they gave us a plunger. the place smells like a public toilet, the carpet was all stained and a part of the staff was really rude and refused to speak other languages but french. at least the room was clean enough to sleep ther a couple of nights.

Whenever we go to Lille, we always stay at rhis hotel. It’s located right in the city center and it’s cheap too. It’s a great value for money. The staff are very accommodating and helpful too! There is a microwave and refrigerator in the lobby which is an added bonus. The showers are quite small but overall it’s a good place

Personal muy amable y siempre dispo, y el checkin y checkout súper rápido. La habitación y ubicación genial relación calidad precio, aunque el baño es un poco como el de un avión, la habitación era amplia y tranquila. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

La puerta del baño no se cerraba, la ducha parecía de caravana. Ni siquiera hay secador de pelo. Sólo 1 toalla por persona, se supone que la misma la debes usar para secarte las manos, ducharte y salir de la ducha.

A choisir juste pour l'emplacement...au centre du vieux Lille . Le reste est médiocre : toute petite chambre , mal insonorisée ...on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et les chambres . Hotel bruyant la nuit...car les gens rentrent à toute heure. Literie = oreillers tout plats ! Mal à la nuque ! Moquette dans les couloirs horriblement tachée ...sale !!! Bref ,nous n'y retournerons pas .
