Easy Access and to deal with”

I stay here as the last option because there was a bug in the system that make me book the occupied room. Got informed 1 hour before check in. But luckily this room was available in the very last minute. The operator also easy to deal and all the check in and chekout process runs smoothly.

Check-in no hassle but cleanliness is poor”

Check-in process is super fast. Really appreciate it. In terms of cleanliness, i am quite dissapointed. The room & bathroom is smelly. May be because of the MCO. Cockroach in the bathroom. Jacuzzi is fine and the bathroom quite spacious. Theme park is closed.
