I stayed overnight to attend the K-Arena LIVE. I walked from JR Shin-Yokohama, but it was good because I could stay for a cheaper price. There was a subway nearby. The staff was kind and polite. Among the many overseas staff, it was reassuring that everyone here was Japanese, so I felt comfortable using the service. It had been a while since I felt the comfort of being able to communicate without any language barriers. I had coffee from the drink service next to the front desk. It seemed like it was available until 24:00 after checking in. The room was comfortable. However, there was a receipt under the bed that looked crumpled, so I thought maybe the previous guest didn't notice it. But when I entered, I immediately saw something under the bed, so I think the cleaning staff coming out just missed it. I think it would be good to check again at the timing of leaving.
The Yokohama Arena is nearby, and there are many izakayas around, with Shin-Yokohama Station right in front. Even around 9 PM after a concert at the Yokohama Arena, the area around the hotel is appropriately lit, making it easy to return to the hotel right after a post-concert celebration. There are convenience stores nearby, which is convenient, but the amenities are very basic. Facial wash, cleansing, toner, lotion, a comb, and roomwear need to be taken to the room by yourself, so it might be better to bring them along. Check-out is very easy; you just put your card in a box. One concern was the smell from the toilet when opening the bathroom door. The cleaning was thorough, but there was a slight ammonia smell, and before leaving, I spilled an air freshener in the closet next to the entrance. Although it was a single room, there was no dresser, and with only the built-in light and a folding stand mirror, putting on makeup can be quite challenging. There is no full-length mirror in the room. It might be perfectly fine if you only need a place to sleep before or after a concert or work. The staff were very polite and accommodating.

I had heard that R&B means Room & Breakfast, so I naturally thought breakfast was included. The hotel's website also mentioned that they bake bread at the hotel and breakfast is a highlight, so when I went to the front desk in the morning, I was told it was room only. I also take responsibility for not confirming properly, but there was no explanation at check-in, and in the morning, there was no guidance that I could pay to have breakfast. I felt uneasy all morning. There are many convenience stores nearby, so it's not inconvenient, but the hotel is close to the station and Yokohama Arena, and the room was clean, which was good. However, those who must have breakfast should be careful and check the plan thoroughly.

It's close to the Shinkansen station and cheap, so it's great for staying without meals for live events, etc. It was good for those from out of town because it was easy to find. The welcome coffee can be enjoyed until midnight, and even after that, instant coffee is available at the front desk, so you can boil water in your room and drink it anytime. The hotel area is full of convenience stores, so there’s no shortage of places to write, and there’s a refrigerator in the room to keep cold drinks. I brought my own toiletries, but they provide toner, cream, cleansing products, toothbrushes, etc., which is convenient for staying without meals. Of course, shampoo and conditioner are also fully stocked in the bathroom, so I don't think there would be any issues for a regular stay. There is a full-length mirror that can stand, which is suitable for makeup, although there wasn't a body mirror. I was able to stay quite cheaply, so I have no complaints. I was also grateful that they could hold my luggage even before check-in (it arrived by Shinkansen in the morning around 11:30). By the way, my check-in after the live event was around 11 PM, and the curfew is midnight.

First of all, the location is good, just a 2-3 minute walk from exit 10 via the underground path from Shin-Yokohama. It's convenient on rainy days or when carrying a lot of luggage. Depending on the accommodation fee, if you plan ahead, you can stay at a very reasonable price. The welcome coffee service was appreciated, and I had it several times during my stay. The staff's response was standard, and there were no issues. I have used the single room multiple times. Regarding the room, in past stays, if the accommodation fee was at the lowest line (presumably due to discounts), there were cases where the desk was a very narrow slide-type desk that also served as the placement for the refrigerator. Regarding the bath and washroom, it is typical for a standard business hotel in terms of pricing, but of course, it has a mix-type faucet, and the drainage was good, and naturally, it comes with a washlet toilet. However, the bathroom itself is narrow, and it might be tough for a larger person to sit on the toilet. There are many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, so overall, the location is very good, and it can be said to be a cost-effective, reasonably priced hotel. I didn't notice any particular concerns regarding cleanliness. One thing I remembered is that the front desk is on the second floor, and although you can use the elevator from the first floor, it seems it might not be available during certain times of the day, which could be tough for people with large suitcases who have to use the stairs.
