“Lovely room”
Exceeded my expectations, didn’t realise we had a balcony and it was lovely to sit out there and watch the coming and goings of the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was so well equipped. Pizza place downstairs is amazing. Great to have a laundry which was easy to use. Didn’t understand that we had to “check in” to the pool area even tho we were just looking around and getting our bearings. Staff there was quite rude and did not explain what was required from us which would have been nice to know in advance so we weren’t caught of guard. Did not return to that area of the hotel because of our experience there. Overall great value for money and would stay again.
