Aosta Valley hotels & accommodations
New room clean safe
The hotel was very nice and located 5-10 minutes drive from the center of Aosta. Aosta in general is a beautiful place, surrounded by mountains from all sided which makes it extremely nice to walk around the old city. We'd recommend Aosta for anyone driving from Italy to Switzerland or France as a wonderful place to stop.
This is a nice mountain hotel perched right on the edge of a valley with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Rooms are of a good size and very clean, check in was painless and efficient. Breakfast is a little sparse if the hotel does not have many guests, we appeared to be the only guests for one night, but once more arrived breakfast improved. It's ...
Good for access to skiing. Communal seating and kitchenette area makes for a more friendly experience than a normal hotel. Helpful and flexible staff.
A reasonable hotel, but certainly nothing special for the price paid. Room was small but adequate, but quite old in its fit out. The staff were very helpful, and even arranged for a local mechanic to fix a minor vehicle problem we had arrived with.. The overall location was fine, with nice views of the opposing mountains, but it is some distance from the main town cent...
We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place had great personality with beautiful flowers on the outside. Great styling and wonderful spa.
Ideally located just 1 minute walk from the Town hall; if you have a car, just park at the parking 2 minutes walk (not a big deal). The hotel is authentic/modern at the same time. The bedroom is big (1 king size bed and 1 bed for the child), very clean, and the bathroom is charming. The value for the money is excellent! For sure the best hotel in Aosta. Furthermore, we...
The stay was excellent. The hotel is very cozy. There is excellent food in the restaurant and the waiter was extremely elegant. All the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, short walk from the start of main trails. Hope to stay there again!
Clean, kindness, & easy acecess to train station
It is a good stay, staff are concern about us. Nice heating, don't feel cold even when Aosta is freezing.
Spoiled a bit because bathroom in superior room had no bath. It was in the hotel website but we just expected a bath in a bathroom if not should be described as showerroom. Spa facilities not working . We did go once to sister hotel which was fine but not quite the same as in own hotel
This is the second time I stay here. All rooms have now been renovated to a high standard, all rooms seen to face out to an outstanding view of the Alps therefore, you may not need to pay more for a room with a balcony. This is a family owned Hotel and it has been for very many years as far back as before the last world war. They don't serve dinner here as you have a l...
We were there in the off season so had it to ourselves nearly. No spa or hot tubes turned on. Great ride to the top of mountain with new cable car. Pizza shop up the road does great dinners. Breakfast was done with mountain kindness.
mountains, great view this was a revisit to this nice hotel just after col du grand st bernard when driving from switzerland into italy, on may 20 napoleon crossed the grand st bernard pass with men into what is now italy, we were a bit later. rooms are clean, with friendly staff. new flat screen tvs, but no non italian programing. wifi available, but at a cost. fr...
Heat was limited, TV didn't work, electricity plugs didn't work. Tiny room that stank of smoke.
The hotel is so nice and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I believe I have to use more time to plan my visit at Cogne if I do not have their assistance. We stayed here for 3 nights. Although the cost a bit high but it still worth to stay.
wide room / apartment nice location as it is just across the street from the slopes
Went late may, whole town turned off til June. Spa was nasty. Sauna was in need of repair. Room was very nice and clean.
Great location near bus stop, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very gentle. Room is not so big but very clean and has everything. Breakfast could be better.
traditional hotel in the italian alps. clean and well kept. nice restaurant with open fire etc. what made it stick out was the very helpful and caring staff and owners. it actually felt like coming home to a friendly family. i stayed for three nights and enjoyed the stay. perfect skiing conditions helped of course. if you plan to go up and visit cervinia, stay a...
I had a Ryanair flight on the following day after departure from the hotel. The owner did not allow other staff (his granddaughter, as I understand) help me with printing the boarding pass. Looked strange and not polite
We had a lovely suite, with jacuzzi and fire-place in the bedroom and all other, possible comforts. We arrived without having told the hotel that we had brought along our dog (we should have given them advance notice but had forgotten to do so..). They told us to wait a little, when we checked in, as they "prepared the room for the dog" . They probably removed carpet...
charming town, tiny room with only a twin bed (not stipulated by Agoda on website) only a twin bed and a worn out one at that so not very restful. town is lovely but stay elsewhere
This is a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains in the Aosta Valley. It does take about 20 mins to reach the valley floor but at 1700m the views are stunning and air clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel very peaceful.
It was a great stay at the beginning of the skiing season. The hotel is located in the center of Breuil-Cervinia with easy access to the cable car. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, providing all sorts of assistance e.g. directions, weather forecast, advice on dining options, skiing tips for the area. Great hospitality!
Bad experience. Staff is rather unfriendly.
Not far from the slopes for skiers, it is a good place to relax and the staff is very friendly.
The room was small. No wifi signal. Area not pretty, felt somewhat like a truck stop. What was excellent was the dinner. Only an extra 10 euro. Recommend that. In the summer I'd prefer somewhere prettier, winter then nearer the skiing. An ideal choice for an overnight stay for a family with kids traveling somewhere.
Our double room on the ground floor was a bit small but nicely done. Phone 10 minutes before you arrive as it's not staffed during the day and evenings. Disounts available for a couple of nearby restaurants.
more then we've expected . very friendly staff , nice guest houses , beautiful views .
Cheap places to stay in Aosta Valley
+ Ideal for travellar that want to make a stop in the montain side before reaching and visiting some italian famous cities; + Good for quick stop or long mountain vacation; +Clean and warm + Services and equipement are not new, but good for the price they ask, hotel is a good deal + Internally is charming and reminds a chalets

This is a lovely hotel. Everything was well run. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast ideal and the staff very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back for abother stay.

A Lovely family run converted apartment right in the heart of Aosta. Just off the main square, everything is in walking distance. Beautifully presented room and communal area with lots of local art. Use of communal kitchen (essentials, no cooking facilities), is extremely handy. The host would bring complementary treats such as home made tarts, yoghurts and fruit daily...

Amazing place located in central La Salle (not Courmayeur). Facilities are great and staff very friendly. There's a nice forest around the area and beautiful mountain views. Check out the location before you book since it's public transport to/from Courmayeur doesn't seem to be very frequent. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very large with a very modern and roomy bathroom. The staff are excellent and it was a great breakfast. Located just off the main street.
We really enjoyed ourselves in Aosta and in this excellent little place. We can without hesitation recommend Domus Antica Aosta a place to stay in Aosta city. The suite was tastefully furnished and decora...
It was a warm haven in a beautiful snowy land. Heaven on earth, really.
We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place had great personality with beautiful flowers on the outside. Great styling and wonderful spa.

Beautiful hotel, the room was clean and equipped with a jacuzzi-bathtub would recommend this hotel for a a romantic stay. Delicious breakfast with fresh made juice. They were doing some work at the time we were there but it was not disturbing. Very nice and kind owners.
