Goods clean hotel, vale for money. Floor staff can be a bit pesky asking for Baksheesh. This is India though.

Nice hotel for tourist!

Fairly clean, large rooms. Location not far from railway station but in back street, difficult to find, lot of traffic and area has only hardware and industrial supplies shops. Breakfast not available until after 08:30. Staff friendliness ranged from good to poor. Many other options nearby.

As per their address written in web site, I have to search a lot. They should have written by the side of Raipur Station. Everything good. Hotel Stay was good , the only thing which I didn't like is that they said No to airport transfer. They say that they do not provide Airport Transfer to any booking done through any online platform.

Hotel has not provided bill, stating that bill stating that bill will be provided by AGODA. Now, I need bill towards room rent. Without bill my company will not re-imburse. Please, mail bill

In Rajnandgaon this is a nice hotel but it has to improve some things

It was a good pleasant stay in this hotel it was located in the heart of the Raipur, all thing is good but they have disopinted me in swimming pool because before chek in I asked clearly about pool and clothes but then they said sorry sir we don't have clothes at the moment, means no body was clear what to say I think they have cheated in this

The hotel does not provide facility like four star. Towels are very old. Room provided to agoda customer are not good.

We would stay at this hotel again if the taxi or shuttle to airport is worked out. I stayed in several hotels here in Raipur, and i think this one is the best. For next time i'm sure i will book here again.

Very shabby room. No hot water. One thin towel for two people. Not a very comfy bed. Only one staff person spoke any English. Streets outside crazy busy, extremely dirty with open sewers and as much garbage as Delhi's worst. Even at the low price, this hotel should be avoided.

Everything is fine with the hotel. The only complain I've is that even in the delux room they have two split beds connected to make a bigger bed. It's a trouble sleeping on two connected mattresses.

This is a great place to stay at Raipur, probably the best. Awesome breakfast, great rooms and a very useful gymnasium

Lousy. The room is very badly kept. Actually its not a hotel, its a club which wants to rent out the spare rooms they have. So, no professional maintenance of rooms. I am surprised that Agoda has put it on their site. very very frustrating experience.
