we found lords plaza, surat as the best hotel in your website. staff help us to view the room before check in. both of them provide the best hospitality services to us after our long journey by train from mumbai. he show us the newly renovated room. the room was very clean, tidy, comfort, cozy and spacious. the best department in this hotel was the f&b departmnet. all the waiters was super fast, friendly, charming and extraordinary.just becouse of their hospitality, we always dine in your coffee house. only things this hotel need to improve is the buffet breakfast menu. foods was very limited. overall we had a very pleasant stay with lords plaza.

One thing that I'll always remember about staying in this hotel is the experience I had with breakfast. Extremely good spread for breakfast and the range of selection is simply amazing. I am told that the locals of Surat usually drive down to TGB for breakfast on weekends as they serve something which is a local delicacy prepared in most authentic way using the best ingredients. Besides, the check in was very smooth. I arrived way before check in time and they were very accommodating in checking me in early. Refreshments were serve to me while I waited for the room. They really know how to look after their guests. Bravo!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Right from the time we entered the hotel to the checkout was amazing experience. The hotel is newly built , nice and clean with excellent interiors. The rooms are very good. They have a beautifully designed restaurant. Though the menu options are limited but the quality and taste of food is very good . The one thing that needs special mention about this hotel is their staff . They were amazing. In terms of hospitality they deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. All in all a good value for money .

The hotel is situated is well located. There are multiple eating joints near by. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The hotel is currently renovating one of the wings and a lift which might cause some disturbance (work between 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm). It should not be as issue if you are not planning to spend your afternoon at the hotel. The hotel has a gym and a small swimming pool. The breakfast spread is vast and food is good. The dine in options are also plenty and one can ask for customization. Overall a very good experience.

We booked 2 superior rooms near to each other When we arrived front desk I found the front desk busy answering phones kept us waiting n waiting forever I had to complain this then I got attention service was poor for Hyatt name if Top end it sucks they better train staff next they gave us 2 very tiny small rooms with twin beds when we placed superior King they try n peddle us 2 small twins n rooms far apart I complained as a long standing Hyatt aficionado n club member, they finally moved us to a deluxe size not even superior size asking me Rs 2000 each extra which I adamantly refused After 2 hours of wait in tiny rooms we moved but they didn't help us with bellboy to move our baggages I had to go twice down in lobby same guy who promised kept saying sorry I strongly feel Hyatt should evaluate the licence to Ahmedabad Hyatt they are just not interested in customer comforts or pleasant stay also when ask for nearby Mall they gavebys wrong information n advise when it was closed at 9 pm they told us it was Open til 10:30pm overall the management needs retraining the rest if staff front office n support staff better be overhauled or I'm sure a western visitor like myself will leave Hyatt in droves I guess it's a isolated case Ahmedabad has bad staff or lack of training learn from Raddison Blu also they charged us for breakfast when it was included in our payment already I just wanted to pay n get out from this bad experience at Hyatt Ahmedabad

The entire hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is attentive and always looking to please. Rooms were clean, but I wish room service would run the mop in the bathroom, the toilet area has a foul oder. Also the shade in the bathroom should be opaque. Location is great, we often went for evening walks. The area is safe and lots of places to stop for snacks. Out of the two restaurants we often ate at Timpani, good choices and tasty food. We physically went and looked at other hotels and found Radisson Blu the best for our visit. Initially booked for a week and rebooked for two more weeks.

I used to stay at Le Meridien considers that is the only hotel in Ahmedabad ranked 4 stars. But I try not to stay at Le Meridien because it is a bit old and run down. I found Lemon Tree Hotel thanks to Agoda.com, it is the most amazing hotel I ever stay in India. The hotel is new, thus it is clean. The highlight is, the owner really spent lots of time on collecting jokes! I have taken many of it with my digital camera! Staffs are lovely. Food are excellent! Breakfast is Ok but if you don't like the local Indian breakfast you always can opt for break and butter! Overall, Lemon Tree is a good hotel for business traveller and I will definitely go back again. By the way, did I mention it is twice cheaper than Le Meridien?

Best hotel for the rate they charge. Very good service & food. Has very good facilities - Swimming pool. Staff was very Cooperative. Mr.Pramod Nair (GM) personally took care of all Hotel Guest and his team – Mr.Ajit and Mr.Shilendra did a wonderful Job. Restaurant with excellent food & service. Rooms are large & clean with place for visitor, if there is a business meeting. Facilities in room are also good.

This is one of the most nearest hotels next to Saputara Lake. One can just go down from hotel and land straight in front of Boating Club. Gujarat Govt Culture event organised in the ground right next to this hotel. And all markets are bang opposite to the hotel. So my wife love the hotel location most. Step Garden is walking distance. Sunrise & Sunset point are hardly 1-2km from this hotel. And couple of museum are also opposite to this hotel. Rope-way & Table Point is 3-4 kms from hotel. Swimming Pool & Lawn is at backside of the hotel but besides that they don't have any indoor games arrangement which I think useful for the kids so I'm giving 1 star less for facilities. And one more star less in facilities coz Saputara being hill station, during winter season, even though weather is around 28 degree during noon, water is pretty cold in pool and my 3 & half year old daughter who loves to play in swimming pool couldn't enjoy it much due to cold water. Good if they can arrange water temperature control system for swimming pool as well.

In ypur confirmation, you had mentioned that Breakfast chargeable, but their write up had mentioned breakfast complimentary. Anyhow they made it complementary on my request. In their writeup, they had mentioned rsea facing room and I was expecting seafacing room . On reaching there, I was told that booking was not for seafacing room. Anyhow they agreed to my request and allotted semi-sea facing room. Otherwise every thing about the hotel was good. And we enjoyed.

I booked hotel, through Mr. Rajkumar, who recommended to visit this place. I went there with my wife. the place is very well planned, having good restaurant, good swimming pool, etc.. the staff were all locals and very attentive. the food was mostly Gujarati, which we enjoyed, thoroughly. the safari was booked online, as we got information at the time of booking of the rooms, so safari was hassle free. we really enjoyed conversation with Mr Mehta, who owner of the Lodge, and hails from Delhi, is a hard core wild life lover. this time we stayed only one night, but will come again with more people. only thing we missed was liquor which we were refused, due to dry state. so we request all non Gujarati, to take necessary permits from Ahmadabad or Rajkot, and use it at Lodge, as the atmosphere is wonder full in nights. It was our first anniversary being parents. It was a very hot summer here and we thought of spending weekends in a resort in city itself. We found a very good deal on Agoda for Narayani Heights and booked it. The hotel is excellent with specious rooms, smart interiors and very good cleanliness. The entire staff is very friendly and cooperative. If you will ask for any amenity in the resort, the staff will personally escort you to the place. Entire staff starting from cleaners to bell boy to front desk staff, staff in restaurant and cafe, all are very much trained as per 5 start hotel. We had food at their indoor restaurant and cafe. Breakfast is awesome in the cafe. I would strongly recommend to choose this property for weekend or even official stay at Ahmedabad. Its very near to Ahmedabad airport.

Was looking for a hotel after the others near the Railway station disappointed me in my earlier visits. This is a much better hotel and has new infrastructure. 8-10 mins walking distance from station. I had booked a royal suite. Room was comfortable, services were very quick. Breakfast had a good spread and was good. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Only drawback i found was that there was no sunlight in room and u had to put on lights entire day.

We found that on arrival the staff were both polite, courteous and proffessional, we found our first room was not suitable for us but without any problem this was changed and we were most comfortable and slept really well in a different room.The room had coffee and tea making facilities and great wifi, large TV and excellent bathrooms the beds were very comfortable and linen spotless. Guests travelling from overseas with more than one bag should not book the standard rooms as they are really only a one night business traveller size with no storage for any suitcases. This does not detract from the overall great standard of hotel but perhaps managment should take out this size room from booking companies to avoid problems/ The dining room was really well appointed and the food did not disappoint...the deserts were particulary wonderful and the staff marvellous explaining how the deserts were made where they originated from etc. The managment and staff have a right to feel pride in the excellent job they have done with this hotel.

Very friendly and professional staffs from Reception, Breakfast venue , Room Services through Housekeeping. Room is very clean and tidy. They did very great memorable experiences and smile once enter to the room in the evening daily. I lost my earing somewhere that i did not notices but it was on the working table once we came back from outside.Housekeeping was very honest and care for us very much. Be back again next holiday.

When I review a hotel, I look at the price I paid. For the price I paid, this hotel really exceeded my expectation. First, it was a big building and the lobby was spacious. Second, services were good. Mr. Danish gave me a warm welcome and good services. The hotel informed me beforehand that they were in the process of upgrading the WIFI and renovation. So they gave me a router with a SIM card. I had not problem at all. The room was nice for the price I paid and I was happy with the dinner as well. Because it was really good value for my money, I will use this hotel again when I come back to Ahmedabad.
