Ile-de-France hotels & accommodations

1K Hotel was a great hotel in Paris, especially with all the amenities and modern decor. My only caveats with this hotel would be 1) the service from the attached restaurant 2) the maid service and 3) the television. When we went to the restaurant to ask what the vegan/vegetarian options were (as we booked this hotel specifically because there were noted options) the h...

I can't say enough good things about Hotel Gavarni, truly. This was my second time in Paris and when I travel I almost always stay in a hostel because I'm barely in the room and have a tight budget - but this time I decided to stay in a hotel since I was travelling with a friend. I wanted something close to the Eiffel Tower since that's our main attraction and we'll li...

The hotel is just within 2 minutes walk when I come out from the metro "Charles de Gaulle – Étoile". Travelers can arrive hotel from CDG Airport or Paris Nord station conveniently from the RER line. The hotel itself is very grand and comfortable. The gym and fitness area is located on the top floor and I had a good workout in the morning, when the sunlight shines throu...

Fantastic Botique Hotel with the best location, fantastic breakfast and the absolute best service especially from Christopher who went over and above the call of duty to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Paris. Thank you so much. I would go back for sure the next time I visit Paris.

The reception was friendly and welcoming and answer all our questions, offered us maps when we did not ask for it (Thumbs up!) Lobby had a lovely snacks and drinks corner for guest like us who are tired or hungry after exploring the city to get some snacks before going back to our room. Biscuits and sweets are so TASTY! Housekeeping was great, room is always cleaned af...

The hotel was in a great location 2 minutes from the metro and RER and an easy walk to sights such as the Arc de Triomphe and lovely Parc Monceau. The hotel itself is fine however the room(s) are less than inspiring for a couples holiday. The wallpaper was dirty/peeling which was even more noticeable because the room was also bare of decor. The walls also felt paper th...

Love this staff, all rockstars. Helpful and super friendly. This was my general experience in France, but it was even more so at this hotel. The room was small, like most hotels, and besides the very stylish decor (which I love), the layout was so good that it felt twice as large as it looked. Meaning we were easily able to get stuff out of our way and relax. Great ...

The hotel is located within walking distance of the louvre museum. There is also a supermarket, money changer and lots of cafes around the corner. The room is quite small which they say is typical of paris hotels but nicely decorated. There is even an espresso machine! Breakfast was the best! There is also a rooftop with lots of chairs wherein you can relax.😊 The only...

Via a booking site, I always state my needs, eg whether I'm arriving early, etc. In most cases, these requests seem to be ignored by the hotels, and so I have to mention them again upon arrival. For this hotel, they didn't ignore the request. We requested for early check-in, not expecting too much, as we arrived Paris a little past 8am, and just hoped for a bit earlie...

20 years ago, my wife visited Paris for one day trip from London. She did not stay overnight. This year, we planned for our visit to this city for vacation & shopping. I was not interested in that but wanted to visit some iconic landmarks in Paris & spend some times in the Grand Mosquee of Paris. We also need to find halal food in Paris. So our itinerary coverage in Pa...

Within 15mins walk from Esplanade de la Defense station on Metro Line 1(Yellow Line)- easy for transport and the same line that has most of Paris' attractions and just changing at CDG Etoile you can go to other tourist transactions within average travel time of 35-40mins from the hotel including the walking. The staff was friendly and welcoming, does not speak good engl...

Despite making a last minute reservation to stay at Madeleine Plaza Hotel, our booking via Agoda was immediately attended to by the hotel staff ( I had sent them a chaser e-mail immediately because it was last minute). Our check-in was seamless and they were kind enough to allow us to check-in early after our long flight. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgrad...

Location was excellent since it's literally right in front of Esplanade de La Defense metro station. The room (bed, pillows, bathroom) were great, though the air conditioning could have been a bit colder. However I do have one bad review - the receptionist was very curt. He didn't really do a good job of making me feel welcome, and he wasn't familiar with Agoda so I wa...

The hotel name changes from Cintadines Suites Arc de Triomphe and we didn't get noticed, we were in front of the hotel and had no clue that we got it right however finally we figure it out. The hotel is very close to metro stations like 3 minutes walking distance. It has nice restaurants nearby. It is very central. The room is huge and the price we paid in comparison w...

I thought the hostel is small but this hostel is so big and lively. Moreover, the location is also nice. I was able to go to everywhere from the nearest station, colognel fabien. Breakfast, Bar, other services was nice for me. I wish I would stay at this hostel when I come to France again in the future.

location not bad, but it's address is misleading quest who book it, this place is quite far away from [ 08. Champs Elysées, Paris, France],agoda please make a correction immediately! The hotel lift is at 1st floor and the 5th & 6th floor have no lift facilities!

The overall stay was quite enjoyable. When we arrived I found out that we had only booked a double room and we were traveling with our four year old so the hotel upgraded our room to a suite with a pullout bed which was great because the room was much bigger. I had read some whining about the hotel in some reviews before I went there but I found it hard to see where ...

- Best Hotel is right. But I think the hotel is not 5 star. - Room was very clean as 5 star! - Breakfast was good! - Location was good. Very closed from Liege station. But i visited used from rossisy bus and taxi. - Hotel bed was too soft. if you like soft bed. This hotel is a good choice. If i visit in france. I will use same hotel than hilton hotel. Thank you for e...

I love the openness and the big room. Unlike most of the places we stay in France, this place is more like the rooms in the US' hotels with king bed, a little kitchen with cabinets and furnitures in the room. The bed and linen are high quality. I would say it almost like the Westin kind of hotel, with bath robes and slippers...

Apart from the early slight inconvenience of the taxi not being able to find the hotel (we end up being dropped off nearby and having to walk to look for the hotel) and some noise from construction work outside the hotel in the early morning and late night revelers, I am pleased with my choice. Ref finding the hotel, it would have helped if on booking, there were inst...

Located just above Line 3 of the metro which goes through the main city center (République, Opera Garnier, etc.). There is also a shopping mall right next to the hotel. Also a direct bus between the hotel and the airport (bus 351). Perfect location, free breakfast buffet, and good price. Perfect! I would highly recommend people in search of value-for-money accommodatio...
Cheap places to stay in Ile-de-France

So, separate bathrooms per dorm, which is great, but their shower faucets are this weird automatic shutoff type. Think the type you find on a sink in a public bathroom. Also they're toilet paper comes in sheets instead of rolls. Willing to overlook all of that though because of the AC and bathrooms in every dorm. But their Wi-Fi *sucks*, it will work for like 10 seco...

As a solo traveler - and a first time traveler at that - I was really anxious about my visit overall. Within 4 hours of being at the hostel though - I was instantly welcomed by a friendly staff and people who were inviting. The hostel is also located super close to the metro - allowing me to get to where I want to go with ease. While the place itself was nice, the bes...

I stayed in a private room in this hostel thinking it to be a hotel as I booked it through this site. However, though it did not have any room service that we are used to, it was Value for money. The Location was excellent with the subway station closeby with lots of bars, fast food corners and restaurants around. When it comes to Cleanliness, I give full marks and yes...

I arrived at Gare du Nord train station, Paris from the CDG airport (easy - phew!) and found that St Christopher's Inn was easy to find once you navigated yourself out of the station and found your bearings on Rue de Dunkurque (walk towards the post office). Although I arrived early they were very friendly and offered me a shower to freshen up and (paid) lockers to hol...

The dorm room had 5beds and lockers (take your own padlock) and a bathroom. A lovely housekeeper came in each day and cleaned them. Make sure that you book ahead the days that you want to stay and don't leave it until the last minute or you may have to find elsewhere. I sense that this is based on the price that you pay somehow (which changes). You could pay between Au...

You get what you pay for with this hostel. This is not a hotel, so don't expect room service, TV in your room,or other facilities.Location is good, easy to find, near a Metro, but noisy. That's Paris for you. Entrance is through a bar, no lift or escalator, narrow staircase to rooms, so if you can't manage stairs, reconsider. My room was on 6th floor, very small room, ...

Oct 2018 travelled with my 18 yr old daughter. Booked a Privilege Room with twin beds and balcony. Some road noise so you may want to take earplugs if you like to sleep with door open but no noise from within hotel. Room décor modern and fresh. Plenty of plug sockets with a couple of USB sockets in each. Mirror good but bit high on wall to see in if sitting at dressing...

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in hands down in every way. It was so clean I went barefoot even on the stairs and in the kitchen, the staff was so kind and multilingual they helped with every question and request, the food was delicious, the services varied and we'll thought out, the bathrooms and rooms were so clean and lovely it was like staying in yo...

Far, in my opinion, from Paris' center (Saint Honore st., eiffel, louvre, jardins des tuileries) , but near the city's attractions up north (sacre coeur, montmartre) -- good value and staff, many affordable grocery stores and local places to eat

Very easy to reach this hostel if to know this one is located opposite metro station exit (sortie). There is no need to ask. Otherwise you can miss it. Corner brassery "Barbès" is the main place to orient oneself and to take a cup of tasty espresso. If you walk little bit further 30m parallely train route along arabian cafes you will discover Jacobs Inn!. I recommend ...

I thought the hostel is small but this hostel is so big and lively. Moreover, the location is also nice. I was able to go to everywhere from the nearest station, colognel fabien. Breakfast, Bar, other services was nice for me. I wish I would stay at this hostel when I come to France again in the future.

easily accessible by metro, in the beautiful neighborhood of montmartre away from the bigger hustle and bustle of central paris, fruit shops and many restaurants/cafes nearby, a stones throw from the moulin rouge... i book my stay exclusively here every time i come to paris. recent renovations have left the hostel fresh, sleek, contemporary, and inviting. great for sol...

I was there for only 1 night. The price is cheap in Paris. The best part is that they provide a safe for you to keep your things in a city like Paris, you will not want to bring all ur valuable stuff with you. The breakfast was good. A small miscommunication happen where by i initially wanted to book a taxi for the next morning for I'm catching a bus to Amsterdam but ...

Very close to Metro M3 (10 min) and from here all was easy to complete all our goals to visit everything we plan! On foot 25 min to Arc de Triumf! 10€ Uber from Tour Eiffel ... In the area markets & shops and one mall ... We were very, very pleased of this location & confort! 10+++

The hotel was very hipster and artsy fartsy. It has a very comfortable and welcoming lounge and dining/kitchen area. The staff are very hospitable, and on top of that, the reception area has a foosball table, guitars, lockers, electric outlets, comfy chairs, computers, maps, magazines and books, and a vending machine. I booked 3 nights in a 4-bed female dormitory. The...

For this price you can not expect much. We paid last minute 24 euro. We were with a family of 3 adults. Our daughter of 20 was sleeping above. Everything very small. But even for this price we had our (very small) bathroom and own toilet. For one night is was perfect. It was clean and the staff was very helpfull. In the neigbourhoud there was a big supermarket and th...

A basic transit hotel, close to Orly. Shuttle only operates early morning and evening. Taxis will not take passengers as it is too close to the airport. The receptionist had great difficulty in understanding that the seven rooms booked in my name would be paid for separately and that each person would decide whether or not to have breakfast and/or book the shuttle. ...

It's not a a beautiful area, it's located on a highway. It has a check-in machine, which I think is great for late arriving guests. It's a great place if you have to stay around the parisian area. They offer breakfast and have a lounge bar and a vending machine with a good selection including coffee.

Only 5 (3 without traffic signal)minutes walk from Metro 3b or 7b station.Quickest record was 40 min to Opera sta. Photo is corridor view, so you need to go through a road side very small door"HOTEL" to see that neat garden. Don't worry to hard knock it, as GPS data is precise. Shower door need to pullup handle then turn lock nob(rather rare manuever to lock shower...

If you have a flight to catch early in the morning, then this is the place for you. The room is basic and small, but comfortable. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. Both front desk assistant that we met during our stay speak English. Basic but tasty breakfast is available for 6 Euro. Shuttle bus is available for 5 Euro and was on time for departure to ai...

directions to the hotel was horrible! I drive a lot when I travel, better direction signs on both direction and the entrance could bring happy customers, on Av Pablo and Av Descartes [both sides] specially when finding the place at night time. Other wise the place is good for the $$$ .

Reading the recent reviews I was really scared. My room was on the fifth floor. Clean. Didn’t smell like cigarettes. It was kind of hot but opening the window helps if you’re not a light sleeper. The bathroom is tiny indeed but I don’t mind that part, the most important side is the cleanliness to me. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about the breakfast. Yes it’s main...

We were looking for accommodation that provides parking space and located not too far from Paris (10 minutes drive) and Versaille (5 minutes drive). We didn't have to be near public transportation as we were driving. Campanile was a good choice as it satisfied all our needs. The standard room was not big but just enough for 2 person. Bed was comfortable and bathroom ha...
4-star hotels in Ile-de-France

1K Hotel was a great hotel in Paris, especially with all the amenities and modern decor. My only caveats with this hotel would be 1) the service from the attached restaurant 2) the maid service and 3) the television. When we went to the restaurant to ask what the vegan/vegetarian options were (as we booked this hotel specifically because there were noted options) the h...

He didn't really do a good job of making me feel welcome, and he wasn't familiar with Agoda so I wa...

location not bad, but it's address is misleading quest who book it, this place is quite far away from [ 08.

Would totally recommend BOB hotel to all travelers. The rooms were all very well designed and modern. 1 min walk away from the metro station. Nearby there are many cafes, restaurant, eateries, supermarket. Located in a great location. Must say it is my best stay throughout my entire Europe trip. Very clean and worth the money! would definitely be back again!

Comfortable and basic hotel; satisfactory for a base to operate from; non aircon so limited for humid/hot weather comfort; bath with hand held shower rose; my internal window with no view but was quiet for central location to open window for airflow. 8 Franc taxi to Gare de Nord; walked to Louvre, also walked to Champs Elysees; Active restaurant area and hop on hop off...

I slept well , quite calming feels about it. It's so near shopping rue de San Honore' and the Tuilleries Garden (Metro and others). Great value for money Coz of the service of staff and amenities that are basically decent and adequate . I love the breakfast area too, and the breakfast has healthy selection .

If you planned to stay for more than a couple of days (since there is a kitchen in the room, in case you want to cook something) and wish to enjoy the Eiffle Tower view in bedtime. This is a place, but you have to specify the room with Eiffle Tower view. Mr. Alexis is one of the great staffs I am impressed, all of them are great in assiting. Plus, the metro station ...

This hotel is very nice place. Easy to find the Chinese food for the person who don't like a bread. The MRT exit way is near by the hotel and Starbuck also. Wifi is too slow. I should pay the France tax [ im not sure how to call that tax] before check out

I was delighted we booked this hotel. The rooms were incredibly quiet, clean + beds were comfortable, perfect for my mum + sisters. Facilities in the hotel are very basic but that didn't make a difference to us. One touch I really liked was the provision of all kinds of water from a machine and hard sweets free of charge. The location is very good in the opera distric...

We really enjoyed staying at this little hotel. It is on a small side but I think it is ok by Paris standard. We had room for 2 big suitcases and a tiny sitting area overlooking the street below. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is a walking distance to several attractions in the area and a lot of choices for restaurants too.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at beauchamps hotel, paris. the front desk was helpful in arranging an early check-in for me after a 14 hour flight so that i can freshen up before my 12noon meeting & i was pleasantly surprised to discover the cup of caffe i had in the restaurant while waiting for the room was complimentary! also a delight to know that my luggage was se...

We stayed at the largest suite. The suite was exclusive, clean and with AC. I loves the decor. A plus for the Nespresso and the Clarins products in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly. We asked for a early check in and a late check out, and they did their best to manage our wishes. I’ve been to Paris a lot and always stayed in 4-5 stars ...

We were extremely happy to have found this cozy hotel in Paris city center and would love to recommend it to all our friends. First of all, the location is superb -- 1.5 blocks away from Champs Elysees (Franklin Roosevelt roundabout). Very easy access to metro station and convenient to reach literally all tourist places in the city. There are also many choices of ...

very happy when we arrived at this hotel. not only is it in the heart of paris but right off rue champs-elysses! our hotel room was lovely ~ we had a street facing room with a small double-door window which you could open. we could see the arc de triomphe. room :- was reasonably sized, has tasteful décor and furniture, a good bed which gave me the best sleeps after...

The room was perfect. It was big enough to fit all three of our large luggages. The staff were very helpful in all aspects and they speak English very well. I love how you need your room card in order to enter the hotel itself, the elevator, the stairs and the room. It seemed perfectly safe which I feel is not usual around other hotels especially boutique hotels. The l...

Excellent hotel - convenient location, walking distance to Champs Elysees and all main attractions (Grand Palais, Eiffel Tower etc); fantastic staff performance (the receptionist called France was very helpful and efficient), the bellboy delivered our bags to our room before checking in; rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall one of the best hotels we've stayed ...

We loved our stay at this hotel, a gem! Pros: - Location, location, location....right in middle of the golden triangle, Champs Élysées, Ave Montaigne and Ave George. Great for shopping and plenty of restaurants. -The room is done up in modern luxe, with all the trimmings and modern amenities; comfortable bedding, iPod/ iPad station, 40 inch flat screen TV, lig...

Rooms are small, but they are the same everywhere in Paris. The decor is beautiful, neatly done rooms. Looks like it has been refurbished recently. Bathrooms are also small but functional. Only thing missing is a tea and coffee maker in the room. The rooms also have AC, which a lot of hotels do not have. The concierge was not the best we have had, was suggesting places ...

This is 5 star hotel and there is no hot water in the evening. We stayed 6 nights prepaid. First two nights on 6th floor we had to endure cold showers then we were moved to 4th floor and two out of four final nights luke warm showers. We are unsure if lower floors 1-3 are also affected. Pleasant but inane front desk and management excuses, but no recompense. Their ...

The hotel is a small boutique style with lovely Japanese zen inspired decorations, very friendly and helpful staff, location was pretty good, walk outside there is a small cafe right outside, but the hotel itself has a cafe/ restaurant and Bar. Shop the higher end designer boutiques so close by or stroll 15-20 minutes to Arc de Triomphe along Champs-Élysées for the mor...

Charming, older smaller hotel - other complained about shabbiness, I found it rather charming - yes we had a stain on the carpet, but the decor suited the age of the hotel - all staff that we interacted with were most helpful & you walk around the corner & you’re on the champs élysées beside the arc de triomphe - met all our needs

Checkin was at 3pm, a little inconvenient but no biggie. We left our luggage and went off to explore Paris. On checkin, we were taken all the way to our room and shown around by the reception staff. The reception staff all seemed to be beautiful and 6 foot tall with amazing smiles. All good so far. The room was magnificent. I didn't think I would get much as it was ...

We booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Arc de Triomphe which is a mere few yards from the hotel and in fact you can see it from our window. The décor is quirky but modern and amusing. The room had all the facilities you could want and the shower was particularly great. Staff friendly and helpful

Boutique hotel in a great location. Room spacious with separate toilet (depending on room) with standard amenities for a 5 star hotel: room service, bar and restaurant . Staff friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Safe district. Plenty of bistros at your doorstep and a supermarket across the hotel opened until midnight.

Pavillon de la Reine was the perfect place to start our honeymoon - a stunning building in a beautiful square slightly back from the main tourist spots so a little quieter but within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - often going over and above what was required. The room, a junior suite, was pristine and comfortable and we were ...

Stayed with 2 kids on a weekend. We had a wonderful stay! Good- Best location for shopping and sightseeing. walking distance for Opera, Madlaine, Concord. Nice bar(Buddha bar or Bar at Hotel de Crillon) is on the corner. Beautiful interior throughout small but cozy lobby and lounge. Room is well maintain and also very quiet at night. could it be better -Breakfast. ...

i stayed in italy and france for last two weeks and this is by far the best hotel i've stayed in two weeks. i booked mostly 5-star hotels in italy and somehow i felt i got ripped off. it was more like 3 to 4 stars with unfriendly customer service and unbelievably high price . this hotel is very modern and comfortable with very friendly service. it is located in mod...

we stayed there for seven nights and were offered an upgrade to a high floor room with balcony and a view of the tip of the eiffel tower. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was large with a huge washroom and all the necessary amenities. other than we found out our room door was not properly shut one night (probably after the turndown service) when we re...

This hotel is a perfect example of what makes a 5 star hotel. Hotel Castille deserves the highest marks in all categories, especially 'respect'. My family and I are regular people. We are not of royality, wealth, or power. Yet, we were treated as such without smothering us. Absolutely love Hotel Castille! We look forward to returning to Paris--most notably, returning...

Hotel is good with very helpful frontdesk. Location is great. Concierge service prior to check in - they helped me booked a number of nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. However, there were 2 major disappointments. 1. There is some on-going renovation in the Hotel. Noises from 10 to 6. Mentioned this on check out and was given a candle. Good gesture but didn't help ...

The only drawback regard this hotel is that its quite difficult for taxi drivers to find it. Badly sign. Othervise a fantastic hotel with amazingly friendly staff. Worth every penny. The bed was simply among the best I"ve slept in. Breakfast was ok, but here too the staff makes you want to stay there all day. Overall this hotel is very modern and stylesh and a great pl...
