When I reached the hotel, The reception peoples were very cool and provide warm welcome with the smile. The attender come to show us the room as well as the facilities. The details about the hotel was also provided. The food is also not so costly. Compare to other hotels, this deal provide me the worth for the rate paid. Next time whenever I will go to Indore I will ensure to stay in Lemon Tree only. From family or honeymoon perspective also, the rooms are very decent. Definately , I will visit Agoda next time and do the booking. They really provide the worth for the deal and at cheaper rate. Finally, I am very happy with the services of Agoda and Lemon Tree

Along with all top facilities and a great assortment of eatables , me and my partner had no problem at all staying in this lovely hotel , the only reason why i gave it 3 stars in cleanliness is that i noticed a bed bug in my bed but its rainy season now and a lawn near my room so i cannot blame them but still that was an issue and they probably would have solved the issue as the service there is top class ... no offence Its by far the best hotel and earns its reputation.

We had cherished our stay at Sayaji..the best part about this hotel is its staff..highly professional trained individuals. Great choices in breakfast and chefs are open to accept special requests. My husband did not like poha served in breakfast on Day 1 of breakfast and he gave the feedback to chef. The next day chef has prepared special plate of poha which was very warm gesture. This hotel is a must stay. Truly 5 star.

Very nice deluxe marble rooms. Vaulted ceiling over bed gives sense of space. Bathroom modern with shower delivering plenty of hot water. Complementary breakfast includes juice, toast and eggs which is our usual travel breakfast. Beautifully decorated dining room. Historical ruins around Orchha all within walking distance so well located for sight seeing. Nice pool area though I did not use the pool. Negatives: 1. Agoda listing states free wifi in every room. This is not the case, only wifi in lobby. Wifi not working fairly often - stated to be beyond control of hotel and probably related to the rural location. (A nuisance as my Airtel 3G SIM card did not work at this location. Subsequently read that Vodafone may be a better choice for this location). 2. No room safe 3. No daily provision of bottled water. Bottled water is essential as the water from the tap has small amounts of black particulate matter visible. I would not trust it even if boiled. This is a good quality hotel. I would expect that the negatives mentioned would not be an issue in a hotel of this otherwise high standard. Despite the negatives mentioned, this is a good quality hotel and I would certainly stay there again.

I am a frequent traveler and travel many different countries. Without any second thought I will rate this hotel as one of the best hotels I have visited. Very professional staffs - listen to customer's need and respond timely. Room sound-proofing is very good. Breakfast spreads was very very good and staffs were there to take care of any special need. Hi-speed wi-fi connectivity. What else I can write, in one sentence - A hotel which is absolutely value for money. Keep it up and all the very best!

Had booked the hotel for 4 nights during Christmas. The room was spacious with attached balcony but the balcony was dirtied with pigeon shit as there was no pigeon net for the balcony. Would advise not to allow young children in the balcony. Was alloted a room on the 4th floor. The room however did not have the basic tea/coffee maker. The staff was very co-operative and helped in directions to the local landmarks too. The wifi in the room was free and speeds were good. The hotel is conveniently located near the MG road and Treasure Island mall. Accessing Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar is easy from the hotel. The hotel does not have any restaurant of its own but provides food very quickly. There are 2 good hotels very nearby the hotel for daily food. The hotel has open parking in front which can accommodate at the max 6 vehicles.

Syna is a very relaxed, leisurely and spacious resort. We had a very comfortable stay. The cottage was nice and big. The exclusive Machaan was an excellent place to enjoy the solitude along with a chilled drink! The jacuzzi also made the stay much more fun, especially as we were traveling with kids. Although we were staying in the standard cottage, the ones based on different states were quite interesting. I found the one based on Gujarat most vibrant. Having a tree house is an interesting choice though I was glad I did not opt for it because of the smaller size and absence of jacuzzi. The free wifi in the reception area was a nice surprise. The driver appointed for our safari's by the resort, Mr Santosh Tiwari, deserves a special mention. He does his job with passion and tries his best to make a tiger sighting possible. Even when the tigers remain elusive, he keeps the guest busy and interested. All in all a very nice stay, though the food could have been better and less spicy. Last, but not the least the manager, Mrs Sinha, was very helpful and also very resourceful! Highly recommended place. The tiger sightings made the stay even better.

Spent 4 comfortable nights in this privately owned property. The maintenance is top of the line unlike some other state owned ones. Kids would have a nice time in the activities organized by the resort which includes Magic shows,biking,cricket,etc. We enjoyed the gypsy drives to the various places of interest in and around pachmarhi. Strongly recommend visitors this option as roads are pretty rough to some of the spots. The property is overseen by the owner who is constantly taking care of your interests. Don't miss out on the your itinerary which can be done in 3-4 days. Overall ,highly recommend this property to all those seeking high quality stay worth the money.

This is a humongous place. You hardly see anyone! Reminded me of the movie "The Shining". Waiting for Jack Nicholson to knock on the door, "Here's Johnny"!! The service was quick and efficient. The rooms/bed were cosy, comfortable. Food was a bit on the down side: I am a Hyderabadi. We have the very best at home. Cab service to the airport, a little steep, was immediately available. On the down side, the pretty receptionists were married! Bummer! All in all, worth the money.

We were a group of ten staying for ten days at ginger hotel Indore. Right from the booking to the time we checked out, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean, very well maintained and we had no issues. The restaurant serves very good breakfast as well as other meals. All in all, was a very comfortable stay. We had a very hectic schedule where every minute counted and Ginger made sure we didn’t waste any time solving trivial issues! Thanks once again

Bath Tubs should be made available as a choice for Couples. Again, Food Quality and Variety was magnificent!! There should be a proper latch in the room apart from the SMART LOCKS (strictly advised). Showers could be better in the bathroom. Oil should also be provided along with other accessories in the bathroom. A kit can be kept containing comb, clips, etc. A set of Bathroom towel slippers can be there.

I visited this hotel with my cousin sister, and I will say that it is one of the best affordable 5 star hotel I have ever visited, they have given us the pool view room which is one of their USP. They have well maintained large lawn, swimming pool. Nice spa services by sundaram, which I enjoyed the most and last and not the least, tasty food and good hospitality services.

Pros: quiet location next to monuments. Really sweet and helpful staff speaking very good English thrououghout reception, restaurant and housekeeping.. Nice pool although a bit too cold at the time of the year to have a longer swim for most. Cons: the hotel is coming with all the luxury trimmings (porter, live music performance etc.) but mattresses are on the typical hard Indian side means not that luxurious sleep. The quality of breakfast served was laughable as for a luxury hotel as much as very limited choice both Indian and Western options. Waiters do their best to please guests nevertheless. Toilets accessible from the main patio are luxurious neither (warn and tatty)

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, this place impressed! First, IT IS A TREEHOUSE IN A TIGER RESERVE!!! The room is huge, and with only five rooms at the resort, they are all well-spaced out. Big windows allow you to see the stars from your canopied bed. The bathroom even has a giant sliding wooden door that almost gives you the feel of an outdoor shower! All water is purified and treated, so I felt safe brushing my teeth and drinking, and dd not have to waste any more plastic bottles. The room price covers all meals, and you will NOT go hungry here! Biscuits and chai before the safaris. Sandwiches on the safari, breakfast when you return, lunch before the afternoon safari, snacks (good ones like samosas, grilled chicken, etc) by the fire with other guests before dinner, and dinner. Portions are not too big...just perfect. The manager Ashish, driver and tiger guide Karan, and our waiter Rajesh stood out. I got sick at a resort in Orchha, and they did everything possible to make me more comfortable, including sending someone over 5 miles by bicycle each way to a pharmacy. No charge! No resort can control the Tigers, of course, but the Rangers can share intel about their whereabouts with whom they choose, and Karan seems to be well liked by the park staff. We ultimately saw 4 Tigers in 4 safaris, three of which were quite close. Incredible! This was a very expensive property, especially by Indian standards. Nobody does luxury like the Indians, though, and this was an unforgettable experience. Be sure to stay long enough to just enjoy your room and the dining tree, stay several nights to have the experience of dining by lamplight in the forest if the resort is not full, and let Rajesh, Ashish, Karan and the other staff here spoil you.

orccha, the lost and hidden city, is mostly reason to visit the town for 1 or 2 hours. we decided to stay the night there in bundelkhand riverside. and what a luck, ganesha was in our side. the formal hunting palace has still its old glory and very much of its original beauty. its caused that it is still managed by the "royal" family (they are very kind and modest). the location along the wild river is beautiful and their restaurant is superb. since bundelkhand riverside we understood the menu's of india. if you have the possibility to stay in orccha visit this hotel and be happily surprised as we were.

The hotel is definitely worth a stay as it resembles a 5 star property. Facilities include a swimming pool, a gym. The rooms are very spacious with a well designed shower and toilet separately. Breakfast is a very good spread. Staff are warm and welcoming. The negatives is that for a town like Jabalpur they need to consider the visitors from out of town who arrive early morning. The hotel has a policy of 12 pm check in and 10 am check out. All other hotels in Jabalpur have a flexible policy for guests who arrive in the morning. The hotel needs to reconsider their check in/check out policy otherwise guests like us will have to move back to our regular hotels as it is impossible to wait until mid day to check in.

The hotel has an excellent location with most attractions being quite nearby. Some rooms have an attractive view of the fort. However, be aware that their standard rooms (so-called delux) are very cramped with barely enough room to move around the bed. We were upgraded to an executive room which had more space (and a view of the fort), but was still a bit cramped. Ola taxis are available, and because we didn't have the Ola app, one of the hotel staff was kind enough to call an Ola taxi for us (for which we could pay in cash). The restaurant food was generally good. I suspect that other hotels, with more spacious rooms, are available in this price range, but I recommend this hotel because of the extreme helpfulness of the staff.

I have travelled around the world to more than 60 countries and have rarely come across a hotel like Abika Elite which shows such sensitivity to guests and their needs. The hotel is impeccably clean, sparkling, spotless. At breakfast the staff go out of the way to help . The Reception is receptive. And the manager himself comes up to answer a query for you if you have one. Now for the revealing moment: I was sick when I checked in, and within an hour my condition got worse and I could not even stand . I was shivering (it had rained) and thought it could be malaria. I called reception. They offered to take me to a doctor in the hotel car, but seeing my condition got a doctor to my room! Hotel staff brought me medicines. The next day cleaning staff did not come to my room to not wake me up. When I was up they enquired about my condition. The young manager Aditya Jhalani himself inquired about me and told staff to take care. Exceptional kindness was shown throughout. Touching! Thank you

The place has got some good vibes!! real good vibes. When you enter the place it makes you feel warm and welcomed. beautiful people at service. they work with their heart and soul. The property is so organically designed that you can get lost into the beautiful meandering pathways which leads you to one beautiful gazebo point which makes you feel the inner beauty of yourself and the beauty of the place. It a place where you can sit back and do nothing but have the best time with yourself and your soul mates. A great place to be and a wonderful place to experience.
