Sardinia Region hotels & accommodations

My husband and I stayed a few days for a special wedding anniversary celebration - we loved it! The setting and location is perfect, the hotel staff went out of their way to be welcoming and attentive - and incredibly discreet - nothing was too much trouble. A perfect way to switch off completely and totally relax and enjoy.

The place has more of a B & B feel because of the small size - which feels nice. We had a 4 person occupancy junior suite - with BF included for four - for 370$ a night in August: we were given two twin beds and two sofa beds. The regular twin beds were comfy, but the two sofa beds were hard and short (not comfy for adults). The A/C didn't self regulate very well so th...

Hotel was pretty basic. Located for up north Sardinia, very quiet and secluded. You will need to drive 10 minutes to the closest town. There was a large tour group staying at the hotel and breakfast was not refilled after they finished everything. No amenities and wifi connection poor. Okay if you just want some quiet time away but wouldn't stay here more than 1-2 nigh...

The location is just unbelievable and so is the view. Staff was excellent. Decent breakfast. However not sure if it deserves to be rated as a 5 stars hotel: AC wasn’t working although it was already a hot day at the beginning of June. Also, I have never been in a 5 stars hotel in which the wool blanket is not in a white cotton duvet. That said, we had a great time and ...

We had a very nice holiday in Palau Green Village, which is located 5 mins walk from a nice beach and 15 mins walk from Palau. According to agoda.com the apartment should have two bedrooms - this was not the fact and was unsatisfying, as we were traveling with two teenagers! There was only one bedroom and two people had to sleep on a sofabed. The quality of the furni...

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. So beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is located in the centre of the historical part of town. Highly recommended for the perfect stay.

We loved the hotel! Highly recommended to everyone. Rooms are big, nicely designed, clean and have own terrace / balcony. The hotel has a great swimming pool and a nice restaurant for breakfast. Service is very friendly. Location is away from the town center with a lot of space, free car parking and a great view on the mountains behind the pool area. Very relaxing plac...

It's good accomodation when you have a car. Everything was great exept the distance to sea - about 2,5-3 km. By walk too far, you need a car. We used a car and visited every day diferent beach. That was perfect. That's a pitty you can not use the swimming pool early morning (till 10.00 am is forbidden to swim) and in the night (you can swim untill 8.30 pm). We missed g...

This hotel was just lovely, beautiful setting out towards the mountains. Pool was fab and mostly quiet even in August! Couldn’t fault the staff, all so lovely and welcoming! Very clean, comfy beds. Only downfall for us was the location...... nothing is walking distance and small charge for hotel shuttle bus to town and beach. Food is basic, nothing like on the menu pho...

Stayed in Lu Nibareddu for 3 nights with 2 young children, booked standard room but stay in beautiful villa overlooking sea. View from our tarrace was amazing, it was the best view we have in Sardynia. Wish we could stay there longer. This hotel was the third one we stay in Sardynia and definitely the best one!!! Had 2 nice pools(water temp. in October was a bit too...

Only the staff let this place down. Room.isn't cleaned all week, then you have to pay extra for them to clean when you leave. Asked them.to fix the fan, they didn't, so fixed ourselves. They made us walk down four flights of stairs with all our luggage when we could have driven round. No wifi in the rooms. You have to pay extra for air con. You get one toilet roll. Bu...

Lovely hotel, quiet location, excellent pool & garden. Super breakfast & dinner, pleasant helpful staff. Short walk to the powder sand beach and a short drive down the beautiful Sinis peninsula to the beach of rice in Is Arutas. Pleasure to stay there, good value for the price.

This is at best a 3 star hotel with a chance for a 4 star if they had some kind of option of restaurant to eat besides only a pre fixed dinner in ONe restaurant - only other option is room service. Front desk people and manager has no clue how to treat guests as they check in. No concessions what so ever, whether issues with bookings, or type of room offered. They prom...

It’s a resort consisting of 4 hotels although at least 3 are just similar settings of small villas. I’ve been staying in Cottage which I think is the most beautiful one. Our room has a terrace that was overlooking the sea with a cosy spot with some deck chairs. We enjoyed it a lot especially that it was far away from noisy children. We had the opportunity to order brea...
Cheap places to stay in Sardinia Region

We've been in 3 places on this island and this was the best. To be honest, this was the best bed and breakfast I have ever encountered throughout travelling in Europe. The manager/owner is a really nice and honest person, the room quality is worth 3 stars (would be 4, but as per standards 4 require a swimming pool). However, even the swimmming pool is not required as t...

We paid 55 EUR for a night in the north of Sardinia, got a clean 4 people apartment with towels and a parking space AND A PRIVATE BEACH. The beach is nice, although there are nicer ones in the area but I still think it's amazing to have beach beds and umbrellas included for the price. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but the ones that are there are really goo...

I used to live in cagliari for mote than 2years. This is the first time i visit cagliari as tourist and to be honest this is a great place to stay due to location and good family environment i this bnb. I fully recommend your stay in cagliari in this bnb.

Very nice apartment and much bigger than assumed. Safe carpark in the hotel area. Extremly friendly and helpful host. Ferries easy and fast to reach. Maybe a bit outside without a car, but perfect for people planning to take the ferry or traveling by car. Highly recommend!

Maria welcomed us with special "coffee" made by her mother out of almonds and chestnuts. A fantastic chance to try a unique drink to that village and accompanied by meringues with orange peel and nuts, also a local speciality. Great shower and wi-fi. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Lots of areas to sit in outside of bedroom and interesting items around the pla...

Wife and I checked in when traveling to the island on a bicycle. The hotel is right by the ferry and has very amazing sound proof windows that make the room very quiet. There are restaurants etc all very near and sea view from our room. The room was very nice and new feeling

Even if the main building and rooms feel a bit dated, this hotel is in a perfect central location close to bars and nice little restaurants. Staff are very acknowledgable, friendly and professional. Breakfast was nice and rich: it was pleasant to have it outside in the garden.

We stayed here for 5 days and everything was perfect. Angiola is a very kind host, very helpful and always reachable via Moblie, even WhatsApp. The Hotel is clean and there is a kitchen with coffee, tea, fresh oranges and lemons from her garden. When we return to Bosa some day, we know where to stay! :-)

We highly recommend the hotel. The room was clean, nicely designed (with AC which is great on 40*C day!), the whole apartment has a good location and modern look. Little walk up the street in a very Italian style street, we loved it! Owner Diego is very friendly and helpful. We had to go to the airport at 5a.m. and no taxi wanted to take us so early and Diego gave us...

Great place to stay for that City vacation...room was amazing, very clean and tidy Only thing missing really is tea/coffee facilities and extra pillows. The bed isn't the comfiest, but still acceptable. The area the guesthouse is situated in isn't the best (some parts look run down and unfinished) but would still stay here again.

good choice for short term stay, 10 min walk to beach and 5 min to town center, capo testa reachable in 10 min by car. unfortunately pool and wifi both not in operation (off-season), but staff extremely helpful and friendly. fluent english and french. supermarket close by (3 min walk). ideal stay for little money if you are just for a couple of days in san teresia and ...

Location is perfect. You can reach everything on foot. Really easy to find apartment. From airport just take train and then walk for a few min. Apartment itself is two big rooms divided by kitchen. WiFi works best in the kitchen. Great place to meet you neighbours from other room:)

What a lovely place and a real nice owner! The B&B is actualy very simple decorated, but the furnishing makes a very nice atmosphere. It is decorated with nice accessories from Mexico. The owner is realtime helpfull and can give you lots of tips about the beaches, restaurants etc.

We stayed at Archipelago 41 for 2 nights recently. We were traveling around Sardinia for a week and the was unanimous that our absolutely favourite host and place to stay was here. This hotel was a wonderful surprise in the heart of downtown Olbia. The rooftop terrace was exactly how they described it. A magnificent view of the city and the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. We had the best breakfast in our 3 weeks of traveling in Italy. Parking was a bonus!

The hotel is rather old but the views from our room and the dining room were superb and we took many photos during our walks in the hotel grounds. The online reservation neglected to mention we were a family of 4 with 2 young children but this was quickly resolved by the concierge upon check in who obliged by preparing the sofa bed at no additional charge. The concie...

It is very dated and old, requested a twin beds particularly prior arrival, wasn't arranged, although they did prepare a bottle of prosecco and a rose and coffee. The pool is just not as the picture, so is the whole hotel, it is Sardinia so people don't really expect much from hotels anyways. The towels are with stains, room is basic, service is average. Nothing too ba...

My wife and I stayed here for four days in prime season - July 4th-8th. The place is amazingly beautiful, with excellent customer service. Just be prepared to pay a pretty penny for food and drinks here. I guess that goes without saying for a place on the emerald coast of Sardinia, but my wife and I didn't realize how expensive it would be. We started our vacation ...

The hotel is exquisite, the staff is extremely courteous and helpful, the location is perfect, the rooms are delightful - traditional, yet luxurious (and the bed is perfect) and the ride by boat to their private, secluded beach is the ultimate touch to a perfect holiday.
