Best part about booking this hotel is the view. We had booked an executive room and the view from our hotel room balcony was breathtaking!! Room has all the required facilities at times the ac temperature use to make our room a little too extra warm but if u ask them , they’ll set the temperature as per ur need. Only demerit is that the ac is centralised for all the room so you have to pester them to set the temperature !! Food is delicious,prices a lil exorbitant but the taste compromises the price. We had gone with a very small baby so we couldn’t go for rafting n all so by evening we use to come back to our hotel but if u just sit in balcony you’ll enjoy the view for sure. They have a really nice spa. I had gone for spa the day we reached and it was so relaxing. A thumbs up from me for this place.

If hospitality has to be defined in actions rather than words then one should go and stay at The Fortune Savoy. Right from the time of the check in where we were upgraded to a higher level, (maybe because of low occupancy due to the Uttarakhand floods), to the behavior of the staff (of all the departments of the hotel), it left a lasting impression on our minds and made our stay a most memorable one. I have yet to come across a hotel, where the steward remembers what kind of bread the guest likes, whether it it is brown or white; or where the chef would personally come and prepare a dish which is not in the menu; or where the pastry chef would prepare a sampler of five deserts to choose from; or where the front office staff would send a personal car to pick up a tired guest from the mall by making the security guard double as a driver in the absence of the official driver; or where umbrellas would be provided in the rain etc. Yes, all of this and more was done by the extremely efficient and humane staff at The Savoy. Kudos to a great team at The Savoy. I sincerely hope that they keep up this level of service. My compliments to the management for restoring this grand heritage property and to the staff for treating all of their guests like celebrities. Manu

GET YOUR STAFF TO SMILE MORE.THE BELL BOY SHOULD LEARN HOW TO SAY THANK YOU AFTER RECEIVING A TIP.IT IS COURTESY.ALSO THEY SHOULD HELP CLIENT IN PUTTING UP THE TRAVEL BAG ON THE RACK PROVIDED & NOT LEAVE IT AS IT IS. THEY SHOULD EXPLAIN THE FACILITIES IN THE ROOM.FRANKLY THE HOUSE KEEPING TOOK THIS ROLE & I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM.THEY KNOW HOW TO SAY THANK YOU.INFACT ONLY THE BELL BOY SEEMS TO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO & AS SUCH I CHOSE TO CARRY MY OWN BAGS TO THE CAR INSTEAD OF USING THE BELL BOY WHEN I CHECKED OUT.THE GUARDS AT THE VALLEY WING FILLED THE ROLE OF THE BELL BOY IN PUTTING THE BAGS IN THE CAR & YES HE DID KNOW HOW TO SAY THANK YOU.YOUR BREAKFAST VARIETIES HAVE GONE DOWN AS COMPARED TO MY LAST VISIT.DO IMPROVE ON THIS.OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAVE BEEN PLEASANT & WHENEVER I RETURN TO MUSSOORIE I WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.IT IS VERY QUITE & PEACEFUL.

Hotel is as shown in the pics. Has a nice heritage look but may sound expensive to a few but as it comes with breakfast and dinner, it's not at all a bad deal. Staff goes an extra mile to cater to your requirements. And location is amazing..near but still far from mall road. We had a good time and will highly recommend it to couples or honeymooners...it's more of a homely place so please don't expect a 5 star mannerism from staff but they will do all they can to Ensure your stay is beautiful.

Unique selling point of hotel is it's location with beautifull view on mountains and Ganges. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Food buffet is one of the best we had on our trip. Standaard Room very large with teo toilets! Rooms really kan have an update but everythimg is clean! We paid about 70 euro /Night but offen prices are much higher. The I would say it's overprized. But tobe honest, regarding to location and food it's fanatastic. One negative, the poolbar stays far behind experience hotel restaurant. We ordered a cola and the bottle looked dirty as if it was 10 years old. But thats realy the only thing that was not ok. This hotel has really potential! Please invest a little bit and i think you are one of the best places to stay in Rishikesh!

Price is not the major concern when you are looking for a comfortable stay in 3/4 star hotel. We booked 2 rooms in Regenta Orko's hotel. In one room there was no TV, no kettle , no tea/milk sachets. AND IN ANOTHER Room there were khatmals (insects looking like small cocroaches). We asked staff to change room but they said they are sold out. As we further pushed them they agreed to change room. But this is not what you expect from a good highly paid hotel. Guys please book and read other reviews as well. Breakfast buffet was also so so but bit better than stay

I booked this hotel one night in advance through Agoda. However, mid-way to the destination, I learnt that my booking has been rejected by the hotel as they had an issue with their tie up with Agoda. Apparently Agoda rates are lower than what the hotel tied up for. Called Agoda customer care and the issue was resolved within half an hour. No extra payment from my side. HENCE ALWAYS RECONFIRM YOUR BOOKING. Now about the stay - great room, comfortable bed. And feels like a four star room. Room had a 32 inch TV with DTH, Electric kettle, and electronics safe. No appliances in bath though. No bath tub, but I did not mind that as a hot shower was more than enough. Hot water in evening is from 6pm to 10pm only. Morning is no problem as the boilers are turned on early. Hotel also has parking space for 8-10cars. Has a great restaurant - though we did not eat there. Courteous staff and prompt service. Would definitely stay here next time too

Me and my wife came here for a relaxing trip alongwith some adventurous ride in corbett park.. Country Inn was more than what we expected. Our Cottage room was as it is as was shown in the pics at the time of booking. It was one of the best experience of staying in country inn; like clean rooms,privacy, friendly staff, spa facility, near to corbett park. Really its value for money..:) Wish to come here again..

This hotel is very centrally located on Rajpur Road adjoining the Pacific mall. The rooms on the 4th n 5th floor which r valley view ie in the rear of the hotel overlooking the Mussorie hills are good to stay as they command a good view. The same view is also available from their only Restra called Citrus on the 4th floor. The hotel is popular but since it is not the premier brand of Lemon tree group, I felt it was overpriced since even online I ended up paying close to 5509/- per day which I felt was overpriced since there r large no of similar hotels on the same road in close proximity like Madhuvan etc. One of their staff called Ms Shelly who works in their Citrus cafe was very efficient n served us with extreme courtesy. The others were also very good,polite n prompt in service..

Namah is an amazing place..... right from the location, rooms, service- overall hospitality.. is amazing..!! Rooms are very well appointed, lawns pristine... Kosi riverfront view is a treat for eyes..! If you are travelling to Corbett and not sure about where to stay, go for Namah.. Made the booking through agoda.com- confirmation was swift.. Spoke to the sales person- Mr Pawan - who was very courteous and polite... We were not sure initially when we booked as the pictures usually do not match the reality. However, Namah was great. Food was excellent , buffet spread was very good and the preparations were just perfect. Suggest anyone booking to take the full board (all meals inclusive ) and not the american plan (breakfast only) for multiple reasons: a. Not good places around the resort where you can eat (it is a jungle out there) b. Experience of dining in their restaurants is better than what you could have outside. The look/feel of their restaurant is wonderful. Rooms are well appointed, spacious . AC was super cool . Only hitch was that temperature control was not working as per the preset temperature fed into the system however that had minimal impact. The best part we liked about our stay in Namah was the service quality which differentiates it from the other luxury hotels in the same segment. Mr Sanjay Kasal (GM - Operations) is an excellent leader who is running this place beautifully. He personally visited the restaurant during the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours and took personal feedback from the guests- epitome of customer service I would say. Housekeeping, front office , restaurant staff- all of them had smiles on their faces all the time and were very courteous. Service levels are good and the waiting times for the in-room service are low. Overall - Namah has a great team led by an able leader in Mr Sanjay Kasal. We would definitely recommend this place to any travellers to the corbett area. We would definitely visit again sometime this year

Hotel was clean, and staff relatively friendly; English was sometimes a problem but not often. No business centre despite having a room labelled as the business centre-was told by reception they didn't have one. The wifi is atrocious and unreliable - especially in the rooms. Even in the main restaurant, one side of a table would have wifi and the other side would not. The gym is minimally equipped and, while a pitcher of water is provided as opposed to individual bottles, no towels are available and the room is not cooled. The transport from the hotel was quite complicated as the hotel supposedly is not permitted their own cars and they did their best to negotiate on our behalf with local taxis, who sometimes changed price after pick-up. Good selection of food, well prepared, and room entertainment was relatively extensive. Room service fast and accurate!

Beautiful hotel, however I would rather call it a cottage. Located away from the hustle bustle of the city Almora. Made up of all pinewood wood, new property, polite staff. We checked in the luxury rooms which faces the sunrise. The rooms are reasonably big with a nice balcony. However the geyser they have is too small to offer enough hot water for shower. Considering we visited in the month of January we require more hot water. We struggled in morning, taking bath with a shower was difficult due to less supply of hot water. We stored one bucket(hot water less than 15litres) and then to wait so that geyser heat up the second slot of water and then mix hot and cold water enough to take bath. The food they serve is super delicious. The hotel staff is polite however we found inadequacy in their numbers. It was more of one man army. While having dinner, due to less staff, they took longer time to serve us which made our food cold, considering we are visiting them in the month of January

Hi, After searching the internet exhaustively, we zeroed down our search on Hotel Ganesha Inn and trust me it's really worth the stay. We stayed in this hotel from 25th May 2019 (Check-In) to 26th May 2019 (Check-out). I would like to thank whole staff of Hotel Ganesha Inn for making our stay more comfortable and we felt like a home away from home. The managers were very polite and humble. They treated us very well, guided us about the Rishikesh spots. Best part was view from our executive room, Splendid, specially the view of Ram Jhula was mesmerizing. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Rishikesh. Neat & Clean hotel. Location is awesome. Food is great. We traveled with a kid and the food was served as per our demand e.g. less spicy, less oily etc., which was suitable for our 2.5 yrs old son. Once again thank you for your hospitality. Located on the outskirts of Dehradun, on Chakrata road, Hotel Regenta is ideal forboth business and leisure travellers. The rooms towards the rear face the hillside and are very quiet. We had gone to close relatives birthday party and decided to spend the night there rather than drive back. The rooms are very comfortable with all modern facilities one requires. The staff is very friendly and ensure an enjoyable stay. The hotel has a spa with well trained and professional staff. Usually they have a very lavish spread for the buffet breakfast, but due to less occupancy, they served ala carte breakfast, which turned out to be even better, as we could order what we wanted. The hotel has in house patisserie with awesome pastries, cakes and breads, unfortunately they have stopped having happy hours, when these were sold at lesser rates.

Initially we booked for 10 days but we simply had to extend because we loved it do much here. The staff feel like family and bend over backwards to try to accommodate all our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and strong pressure, the verandah was sweet overlooking the best view in town. The restaurant next door provided room service with excellent food. We would definitely stay here again.

As mentioned above that Overall environment was good & friendly. Check in was without any hassle.. normally one faced in the case of online booking and the best part was it was to close to all VIP areas where we had our meetings. Ample car parking with timely room service..my business associate (client) from China for whom I made the bookings was too pleased with the staff and the arrangements as compare to Other big cities in india Dehradun is not much known for Business purpose. I would strongly recommend my friends & associates and frequent travellers to give it a try and then analyse my comments.
