Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 01 Nov 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided but beds are not made upon arrival. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged. Sur l’annonce, vous vendez du rêve en parlant d’un appartement dans une résidence de luxe. Résultat nous sommes arrivés à 17h. Nous avons fait le tour du cap pour récupérer les clés pas à l’appartement avant 18 heures lorsqu’on nous remet les clés. On nous annonce qu’il faut absolument que les clés soit déposé le lendemain à 10h et surtout qu’il faut déposer trois cents euros de caution avec une empreinte sur la carte bleue . Quand nous retournons à la résidence, impossible d’y rentrer, pas de code et le bas d’une fonctionne pas, nous allons voir l’hôtel à côté qui nous ouvres et nous donne le code , quand on arrive dans l’appartement, celui-ci n’est pas totalement propre nous retrouvons les tasses à café dans le tiroir pleine de café du sable au sol dés médicament dans le frigo , l’appartement est assez ancien la vétusté des appareils courant sans faire ressentir. Après avoir préparé le lit ( matela hyper fin ) mis les Alezes les draps , nous décidons d’aller à la piscine. Nous passons devant une piscine extérieur. On nous annonce que nous pouvons pas y aller. Vu que Nous ne faisons pas partie de l’hôtel. Nous nous retrouvons dans une piscine semi couverte pour à peine profiter deux heures puisque la piscine ferme. Je pense qu’il faut revoir les priorités. Il faut laisser un intermédiaire sur place qui pu nous donner toutes les indications. Quelqu’un qui garde les clés sur place ou au moins prévenir dans l’annonce ou élargir le check in ou le check out. Avec trois enfants on s’est retrouvé à courir aucun repos, vraiment compliqué . Nous c’est sure nous ne reviendrons plus.
