A large bathroom and good-sized main room looking out onto a quiet side street in central les Lilas, just 15-20 mins away from Châtelet by Métro. The suite, especially the kitchen area, could have been cleaner. The cooking utensils were VERY basic and mix-and-match (note: don't buy canned food that requires a can opener). The beds were ALMOST comfortable - mattresses rather thin and springy. There are many "extra" services available at odious surcharges, so get used to once weekly cleaning and taking out your own garbage. We did have a billing problem when we arrived at the offices of the ShortStayGroup to pick up our key, but that was sorted out by the competent staff there. The area directly around the hotel was interesting and convenient. Overall, we were happy with the "apart'hotel" and would definitely consider staying there again.

Superb location, 1-2 minutes walk from metro station. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants nearby. Located at a nice neighbourhood. Definitely will stay here again if ever come back to Paris.

All was good, start with location with a Metro station in 200 meters from accommodation, plenty of choices when is coming to supermarkets and places to eat. The only inconvenient was the fact that at the time I have booked the accommodation was nothing mentioned that the key need to be collected from a different address if you arrive after 21:00 and no e-mail or call to alert us on this issue. unfortunately on that day our flight was delayed more than two hours which had a knocked on effect on our arrival time which was 5 minutes past 21:00. Luckily we had a relative living in the area and make a call and explained the situation and they waited for us on a different location to collect a temporary key ( take the Metro back and forward again after a very long day ). They also stated that they tried to call me on the day but no missed calls and the email I have received from them was exactly after 21:00 . the key collection/arrangements can be a spoiler if no earlie info provided.

Double security, Close to metro, clean and have full kitchen so you can make your special meal. ”
Tidy and clean . 4 minutes walking to the station and close to the super market and to some restaurants and McDonald. The keys (only on check in) have to go to the office and it was 5 stations faraway from the apartment was inconvenience. We had a great time though it was faraway from the centre but easy to go to the centre.

For obtaining keys, yo need to travell 5 stations of Metro, walk for 10 mins from Metro Station. Staff was less bothered. I spoiled my evening and 2 hours going and coming back to the Hotel. Not at all worth for visitors with packed program. Out of town area. Not at all recommended. Don't waste money, even though it is the cheapest one.

Seul hic qui n'est pas des moindres ”
les chambres sont propres,la résidence est à proximité de toute commodité le seul hic est que pour récupérer les clés il faut les chercher dans le 3ème arrondissement (métro république) et que ce n'est stipulé nulle part ni sur la page de réservation ni sur le mail de confirmation .On s'en rend compte seulement arrivé sur place car il n'y a pas d'accueil.

Mise à disposition des Clefs à revoir”
Un personnel à l'écoute une fois sur place mais pas par e-mail. Je ne trouve pas normal de devoir aller chercher les clefs dans un autre arrondissement alors que des boites aux lettres avec code sont à disposition dans le hall d'entrée. Ou alors de devoir payer un supplément de 35 euros et de l'apprendre après avoir payé. C'est le point à améliorer.

메트로의 종착역에 있어서 가는 시간이 좀 걸리지만 메트로 입구와 바로 근처에 있습니다. 숙소 위생상태도 나쁘지않고 요리해먹을 부엌도 조그맣게 있어서 밤에 간단한 요리를 해먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 화장실도 아주 준수합니다.

파리 외곽 지역이라 혹시라도 위험할까 예약하고 나서 조금 불안했는데, 메트로 역과 가까워 저녁 늦게 들어가도 안전했습니다. 파리 시내까지 멀지 않아 이동하는데에 큰 어려움없었고 지내는 동안 취사 할 수 있는 점이 좋았어요. 가격이 괜찮다보니 베드버그 걱정 안 할 수 없었는데 직원에게도 물어봐서 안전한것 확인했고 숙소 도착하자마자 확인했어요. 침대는 철제로 되어 있고 깔끔해요. 안심하고 지냈습니다. 방은 사진에 나와있는 느낌과는 약간 다른 답답함이 있습니다. 그래도 커플이 지내기엔 충분해요. 체크인을 다른곳에서 해야되는게 약간 번거로움이 있어요. 그치만 후기에서 많이 보이듯 직원이 친절해서 괜찮았습니다. 체크아웃은 간편하게 일층에 반납함 이용하면 됐었어요. 만약 다시 파리를 여행한다면 또 여기에 머물고 싶습니다. 은근 아늑하고 편합니다.
