I have stayed at several hotels in New Delhi Aerocity, but this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel has a very relaxing ambiance, the rooms are clean and nice, and the staff are polite. The hotel also offers complimentary laundry service and airport pick-up and drop-off for single ladies, which makes me feel safe and happy.

During check-in, the room is set to around 15 degrees Celsius with the air conditioning, making it very cold. However, other than that, I was very satisfied with the staff, food, amenities, and facilities. The location is also great as it is in Aero City, making it easily accessible to both Gurgaon and Delhi, making it a recommended choice for both travelers and businessmen. There is also an office building next door with a Japanese restaurant.

I wanted to be above Radisson level , as next day at 5 I got my next flight . When I travel I require 2 major things Good bed to sleep Clean and comfy toilet and shower Starting from the good I arrived staff handled my passport and let me seat on sofa till check in was done , no welcome drunk offered but not into such sugar colored drinks , so it was fine . One reception staff handle me took me to the room , very helpful explain me everything , when i noticed there were not the strada yea and coffee bags I asked and he said that just call and you will get those for free a bit puzzled but fine , I just a comfy room to sleep shower rest and pick up my next flight Then suddenly I got cash back from agoda above 30% and the reception staff offered me free room service breakfast before my departure , I was superseded by their kindness Room comfy by size , not those small cubicles ! Now the negative side Room amenities to really 1 star level , I guess ot because their GM has no a clue on cost control and what to lose and what to gain, so very very minimal amenities not even a coffee spoon …. Just 2 coffee Cups their saucer the hot water pot and 4 bottle of water minibar empty On toilet and shower room very minimal amenities even if I never use , but the traveler and hotel or experience can tell the tale immediately Fair enough I need to shower and sleep and here the tragic saga come in The left side of king size bed mattress on left side has been blow in you may sink in with your full middle body , try to move to center hard as a wooden floor Moved to the right side it was ok WC loosing water avete use, then in the center it makes a big water puddle and levels are not oriented to the drainage hole Shower the top , stone skiddy floor even pool slippers where skidding Glass doors can protect water from shower goes everywhere . I handles it slept only few hours and guessed I will never be back even if the hotel look very busy with a big turn over , maybe they give to agoda guest the worst rooms of their properties ? Pity it’s in a gray location in aero city , staff is really best I met in the 5 stars hotels in India …. Indeed again I need a room where I could sleep comfortably and have a good shower before heading to airport and pick up my next flight . Don’t take it as complain take it as point of improvement and BUY A NEW MATTRESS as well out a no skid foot rack in the shower !!!

I’ve stayed in Aerocity and surrounds before and by far the Roseate House has the best rooms of them all! And it very conveniently located to the landmark hospitality area. Lots of light, comfortable bed, well planned bathroom. I will definitely be back. The staff were excellent; I received a bouquet of roses from a lovely team member at the front desk (Rizvi I think was her name, or similar) and the bar manager gave me some great tips on scoring a good deal. Unfortunately the food in the bar was really disappointing. The mushrooms on the mushroom bruschetta were excellent although the bruschetta tasted stale and lacked crunch, it was more chewy. The tacos lacked flavour (spice / seasoning) and the temperatures of the ingredients were not balanced. The juices were great though! But I’m sure the food in the restaurants / breakfast are better. Irrespective of my food experience, I will definitely be back and will be looking forward to it. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The stay was comfortable. Good Location. Great breakfast. 2 issues: 1. There was maintenance work going on due to which some services were unavailable. 2. The front desk doesn't bother to allocate you the correct room. If you're booked in a higher room category, make sure that's what they give you. Also, they don't inform you of the complimentary facilities and services you are entitled to. Make sure to ask this too at the time of checking in and also explore the area yourself.
