Far beyond expectations”
The hotel was far beyond our expectations. Cleaning, design, staff, facilities, neighborhood were all superb. It was out of the central Paris but it was very easy to reach anywhere with the metro line 1 and as it is the last stop, we always had seats to sit:) The area was safe and peaceful with mostly local residents and lots of supermarkets, brasseries, cafes and stores nearby. We could cook at the apartment and we had everything we need. Special thanks to the staff who were always smiling and doing their best for our satisfaction. If I would visit Paris again I would definitely stay here again. Strongly recommended

Fantastic accommodation”
I was really impressed how beatiful the apartments were! Large, clean, comfortably, I would say even nicer than at the picture. The location is great, just 10 minutes walk to the Yellow Subway line, which is connecting all the No1 Paris attractions. There is also a RER train station going straight to Disneyland. The neighbourhood is very charming, quiet, safe, with many shops. It is definitely worth the recommendation.

Great stay at Royal Regency ”
The staffs are very friendly, the apartment is nice and cozy, 2 toilets, a kitchen and well equipped . There is a heater for each corner of the apartment. There is a yard at level 1 for each apartment and balconies for upper levels. The location is near supermarkets and restaurants. 15 mins walk to metro or you can take a bus to metro from hotel. Everything is good, only thing is the walls are thin so you can hear noises from upper floors. 9/10 great stay and place. There is a sauna room and laundry room too. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and cozy.The staff is very friendly and helpful I had a really good time and experience in the apartment.The location is near everything.And the area around the hotel is clean. There is a paid parking if you have a car and it is very spacious.

Clean, friendly, only minor quibbles”
Overall a great stay. 15 minutes walk from the Metro or RER stations, but you can take bus 118. Well equipped rooms. Laundry on site. Vincennes is lovely. Cleaning services were infrequent - only once in 5 days stay. Some coffee was provided initially, but they tried to charge for refills which I found a bit stingy. Staff very helpful in general, though.

The rooms were clean I booked a one bedroom apartment and it was very nice clean quiet about 15 to miles outside of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. We took the subway to paris 4 days out of the 11 days we stayed. There is a castle in walking distance from the hotel and it is spectacular. I most definitely recommend this hotel because they have a full kitchen with stove top, microwave, plates, cups, spoons and forks also a dishwasher. The property has rooms from a studio all the way up to 3 bedroom apartments and every room inside the apartments are separated they even give you a powder room separating the toilet from your bathroom which I liked because if you're in the shower and your partner has to do number 2 you don't have to smell 👃 it.

Middle of Nowhere”
The first thing you should know about the Royal Regency Paris is that it's nowhere near the train station. The second thing you should know is that it's nowhere near anything else. It's an apartment building, surrounded by other apartment buildings, on the outskirts of town. I guess if your priority is to be close to big supermarkets you're in luck. The other things I could write about (dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon my arrival, one of the bathrooms smelling like raw sewage) seem hardly worth mentioning in comparison to the awful, awful location.

Excellent value for money”
One of the best thing happened in my Paris trip was this hotel. Excellent value for money! Booked this place online and we were totally surprised by this amazing suites, out of the world!It actually looks better than the pictures online. However, it's is not perfectly location wise but there's bus available (118) to reach the nearest metro station (Line 1), or you need to walk around 20 minutes to reach. Also there's a great bakery (Bénédicte et Ludovic Petit) nearby for breakfast. The receptionist provided us a very good service and was very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this stay and I will definitely choose this place to stay again if I ever visit Paris in the future.

Excellent place to stay”
Well worth the money. The 2 bedroom apartment had a full kitchen with complete utensils. No airconditioning but there is a fan in the living room and in both rooms. Cons. A singular staff with braids whose name sounded like Ibrahim was rude and unhelpful. We didnt know any french word beyond oui and bonjour, and were desperate for help. The monosyllabic way he was replying to our queries was clear he did not want to help. His responses were sarcastic, and he would even glare every now and then. He was downright RUDE. When i asked for his name (because his name tag was obscured as it was drooping down) he eased up a little and apologized to say he was just having a bad day, at 830am. His behavior was in stark contrast from the extremely helpful white guy the night before, and also the guy who checked us in. The establishment should only hire staff who actually value their jobs because this experience quickly soured our whole vacation.
