Good base in Salmiya”

I chose the Sara Plaza because it was cheap by Kuwait standards, but was still in a good location (I was on a business trip working with a company in Salmiya) and didn't have the negative reviews of other cheaper hotels in the city. I was pleased with my decision, and would be happy to return there if required. The hotel was fine rather than amazing in any way. I was in the lowest category of room, but it was clean, with a kitchen in a small room off it as well as a bathroom. Other rooms are probably different, but in this case the windows were fairly small and in the kitchen and bathroom rather than the main room, though that might be a good thing in summer. The wireless internet was fast and worked well in the room -- the particular room had an access point on the wall. The hotel is very close to Al-Fanar mall and other shops and restaurants. In March, if you can cope with crossing the wide roads, it's also in walking distance from Marina Mall and Marina Crescent. The only significant annoyance I had in the hotel was that almost every day they forgot to replace used towels they took away from the bathroom, and I had to call down for new ones each time there were none left. I found this odd when everything else seemed to work well.

A little disappointment”

I was looking for a hotel in Salmiya for a reasonable price, but for price until 25 KWD/night I was able to find only this hotel. Kuwait hotels are very expensive. I got a studio with room without windows. Litte kitchen and little bathroom had small windows ~30x40cm (that's only for ventilation). So you sit in a chamber without natural light. Another bad thing was that shower didn't have walls or curtains. All water goes on the bathroom floor. And be ready for a bad smell in the hotel. Sara Plaza has a glas fasade, but that's only a fake. No big windows. Kuwait is a place where next time I will choose some international hotel chain.

Decent hotel for price”

Decent hotel for price since most of hotels in Kuwait are expensive. Free wifi and near Salmiya shopping district. Has tiny kitchen with fridge and microwave.

Vergood Family furniture apartment ”

It is vergood Furniture apartment in the middle of alsalmyia area with the shopping area i am recommended this hotel for big family visit the kuwait

Great Value for Money”

Pros - Location is perfect for me, 10-15 min walk to Marina Mall - Big apartment with quite good furniture - Helpful staff & friendly Cons - No safe parking - Kitchen & bathroom needs more cleaning & upgrade efforts - it's not families only as they predict Overall Great value for money in such location with such space.

good stay in a good apartment. however i have a feeling that the hotel is expensive compared to the others close to it with the same conditions.

When I arrived I found all rooms was full and they said that we noticed agoda to close it .finally i got room after calling the manager of hotel

It's good I booked studio but they said to me "no vacancy studio" so they upgrade my room with out charge hahahahah...... but I had to wait in there a little long time

Small Room”

The room is too small even have kitchen. The lighting in the room is dull. It is near to shopping mall and the waterfront sea that is the point i like. However, i am not that like this hotel overall.

There was a severe nuisance of the windows we could not sleep because of it.Unlocked with the presence of holes in the windows

Worse experience ever”

Room window's are covered with woods!! AC wast working properly even after we changed the room. No extra bed or blanket for kids and above all of that staff were not friendly or helpful. Maintenance is ongoing process in this place which should be announced to travelers when they make their bookings.

الكويت مدينة جميلة و حبيت الكويت الحبيبة لان شعب الكويت الراقي بأسلوب لهم الاحترام و تقدير اما بخصوص فندق جيد و الموظفين كمان جيدين اما موقع اجود ما عندهم اسباقية في الموقع لان الحين بمرة ثانية أحجز على ويستولي نفس القصة أنا حاجز غرفة 6 أشخاص و يعطيني غرفة رباعية يوم كلمت اجود قالي زين في كنب نام على كنب يا اخي أنا يوم أحجز ابغي سرير بس ما أقول الا شكر يا موقع اجود شكرًا
