“Pleasant stay with some troubles”
We stayed for six nights. Overall, our experience was pleasant but had some issues. The location is peaceful, and the hotel is close to the Metro Station. Halal food options are available nearby at Turkish restaurants. There's also a supermarket nearby where you can buy almost everything. Other nearby amenities include additional restaurants, a bank, an ATM, a mobile shop, and general stores. We faced a few problems because there was no hotel staff from Saturday at 12:00 pm until Monday morning. We arrived at 12:15 pm on Saturday, but no one was there, and we had not received the self-check-in instructions email. The self-check-in machine was malfunctioning, but a kind lady staying at the hotel helped us check in; otherwise, we would have ended up nowhere. On Monday morning, we spoke with the hotel staff and requested staff to arrange hot water in our studio apartment. Our booking was fully paid, including all taxes. But the hotel staff collected €52.34 in taxes and held €150 as a security deposit on my card, which was not mentioned on the Agoda website. Five days have passed, but the security deposit has not been refunded yet. I am unsure when I will get this money back. If additional payment is needed, it should be mentioned on the booking page or document.
