Absolutely amazing”
I feel we got an extremely good deal on a 7 night stay. The room is stunning and perfect for our family of four. The facilities are exactly what we expected. It is close to everything for families (20 min drive each way). I can’t comment enough how nice the family room is. Ton of room with very modern technology. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Parking is abundant and free. They provide an iron, ironing board, laundry machine with clothes hanger, and literally anything else you could possibly need. The pool on site is very nice. The amusement park attached to the hotel is also great and really good value for the money. There are several beaches less than 20 mins from the hotel. Two small gripes. 1. I would NOT recommend the breakfast. Full disclosure - I did not pay for it so I don’t know the quality. However, 40,000 won for a breakfast per adult is unimaginable. No person can eat that much IMO. Emart was a 20 min drive to stock up for breakfast items. 2. The gym opens at 10 am. This is not really convenient if you work out early. However, there are run routes literally right outside.

Amazing time at somerset”
We spent 6 nights, 7 days at somerset and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The proximity to all things Shinwha has to offer plus dining, casino, close to green tea farm, hello kitty island. The sheets and pillows were top notch and I am going to miss it. The almost 1600 square feet of space was perfect for my family. My son adores the car bed and I loved the immense amount of storage. We will definitely stay again.

An awesome place to visit!”
I’ll keep it short. This place is well worth the money and we are staying here for 8 days! We had breakfast included and it was amazing every day. We stayed at the Somerset and the room was modern and very clean. The theme park was pretty good, but we agree the water park was much better. Outstanding staff who remembered my name (yes, little ‘ol me). We will definitely come back.

Somerset delivered again! We got the room with a car bed and the kids enjoyed it. The facilities and amenities were awesome as was the breakfast/brunch. This was our second time here and if we get another chance, we’ll stay here.

The suite was huge with all the appliances like washer, oven etc. There's CU and Shinhwa Shopping street nearby. They also provided complementary tickets to Shinhwa Theme Park which was nice, though it's really small compared to Lotte world or Everland. Lots of EV charging points in the carpark

Best accomodations in Jeju!”
Wow! We were blown away by our stay at Somerset! The apartment is beautiful, large, comfortable, has three balconies, very nice bathrooms, comfortable furniture - everything was even better than the photos! Location isn't convenient to much - but we rented a car and didn't mind making the drive to get to the restaurants/areas we wanted to try. The restaurants on the property are very good too. Pool is a bit smaller than we expected - but water was warm, everything was clean & the hot tub is great! We will definitely return!

Stayed for 4days, staff was super friendly and the facility was roomy and spacious. Location is great if you plan on staying and using resort facilities. Gave you free entrance tickets for their theme park for a day. Have to drive out atleast 20min to find restaurants and food markets. Not cleaned well for my expectations, found a few hairs in the bathrooms and rooms that were visible in plain sight.

This was my first time staying in Shinhwa and it was a bit out of the ways from the Jeju I'm used to, but the hotel itself was so fantabulous that it didn't matter! the spa (.찜질방) was a bit of a disappointment, as the facility didn't have much variety to offer but other than that....the trip was great!

The apartment is huge and comfortable! The only downside is the location. It is located west of Jeju and pretty far from most of the attractions. The integrated resort was also very quiet.

Amazed by all the facilities inside the room and all the smart technology present in almost every aspect! Everything was catered for and totally exceeded our expectations. Some suggestions: 1) Small stools for use in bathrooms for kids' teeth brushing would be good 2) Washing powder in small sachets, maybe 1 sachet for 1 night stay 3) Lights on the aircon units in the bedrooms are too bright after lights are turned off, please consider sticking tape over them or any other method as deem fit.

There are 3 rooms and living room, so it was a perfect place for the Family trip, all equipment such as a washing machine, dishes etc. were really convenient for staying the long period. one thing I would suggest about the water park ticket. there is only one ticket type for a full day. so was not proper to use, if there are more options(such as a half-day or several hours), it would be better

It is very good for value. Very spacious! Good for 5 adults. It is very new. The apartment is centrally controlled by computer. It will be even better when the swimming pool is open in summer. We drive by ourselves, it takes only 40 min from airport with no traffic. It can walk to the Theme park. It will be better if the staff can give a short briefing on how to use the computer and provide some basic seasonings say oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce etc so that we can better use the kitchen.
