We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the airport and nearby shopping. Booked for one night, got a 2 queen bed. The room had a lot of space; didn’t feel cramped at all. It was clean; the bed was really comfy. I literally left 15min from check out time because I was enjoying every minute of my stay. The lobby is modern. Parking was a little confusing but figured it out eventually.
Bar Tender was not friendly at all. Sign says bar closes at 11:00PM, and when I went it was 10:10, he was already cleaning and closing down. I asked if he is closed, he said he thought he would close down early for the night..... WHAT? You can do that? He asked what I needed? I just just a coke. He poured the coke. I said thank you, and it was just unfriendly face throughout. I went the next day and it was the same. Everything else about the hotel was great!

The front desk agent was amazing, she was very nice and helpful, she assisted me with early check in and even helped to request their shuttle driver to come earlier at 5:45am the next day so I could arrive at the airport for my early flight on time. And the driver was so nice too. The hotel room is clean, comfortable and spacious, and it is close to John Wayne airport, very convenient if you have an early flight to catch. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I come to OC.
