I spent two nights at this capsule hotel. My Japanese is minimal at best but they had all the check in info printed out in English and the staff spoke a little English. The place was nice and clean. The beds were very firm and the pillows rather thin but I find this to be typical of Japanese hotels. You’re given a wristband that has a key for your locker and a qr tag that opens the doors to the locker area and sleeping area. There are a number of showers available and a nice vanity area for getting ready for the day. The lockers are tall but narrow. My backpack fit with a squeeze. There is a luggage room available as well for larger items. In your locker is a mesh bag with amenities (toothbrush, disposable slippers, loungewear, and towels). There was quite a bit of noise until around midnight. The guests did a good job of trying to be quiet but the door to the sleeping area clicks rather loudly and you can only be so quiet trying to climb in and out of the capsules. I selected the breakfast option when making my reservation. They give you a voucher for a breakfast set at the Cafe Veloce just a few doors down. The location is very convenient for access to Yokohama station. Overall, it was a good experience

However, there was one aspect that didn't quite meet my expectations – the Wi-Fi connectivity in the room. I found it to be less reliable than I hoped, which occasionally hindered my online activities. That said, everything else about the accommodation was as described, and the service was professional and courteous. Despite the Wi-Fi issue, my overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this place to those looking for a modern, efficient, and comfortable stay.
The location is excellent, with multiple convenience stores nearby and an AEON close by, without having to walk too far from Yokohama Station. Even though guests must check out of their capsules by 11 AM every day during their stay, the lounge is available, and there are cafes and family restaurants nearby, so it’s not an issue since I go out for errands. I was worried about complaints in reviews about the mattress being thin and causing back pain, but for someone like me who dislikes hard futons, it was soft enough, and fortunately, for two days, there was hardly any noise or snoring from my roommate, allowing me to sleep soundly. I was concerned about the claustrophobia of the upright capsules, but it wasn’t too cramped, and if I left the entrance screen slightly open, cool air came in, making it comfortable. I was able to use the showers and toilets without waiting during busy times, but the manners of some young girls these days are terrible! They leave crumpled tissues and paper towels on the counter and floor and don’t pick up scattered hair. Do we need to advertise the level of upbringing they had? The front staff are young people of today's generation, but the male staff seem to provide better service. The sister with long red hair doesn’t respond at all. She seems sulky. If she doesn’t like her job or customer service, maybe she should change careers. The amenities are satisfactory considering the price, but I would like them to check the shower faucets in the women's shower room that continue to drip even after being turned off, and all the hooks on the toilet doors are missing their stoppers, so I would like them to add some inexpensive hook types that can be hung on the door. Also, it would be nice to have towel racks in the dormitory corridor. The free slippers are flimsy, so it’s more comfortable to bring thicker slippers or sandals from a 100 yen store.

This capsule hotel could be the top 3 in Japan! It has a big common area allowed guests to work and talk. The lockers room is separated from the capsule room so I didn’t worried about that organizing luggage would disturb other guests rest. Personal lockers require a key to open and are quite narrow, unable to fit a fully packed backpack. However, the lockable storage rooms have enough floor space to spread out large suitcases. I am satisfied with this hotel because the quietness and cleanliness. They provide clean sheets, towels, slippers and pajamas everyday. Notice: the cleaning time is between 10 am and 2 pm everyday. During this period, everyone must vacate the capsule beds. Resting in bed is not permitted. Your belongings in the lockers do not need to be moved during your stay.

“It's a confirmed repeat!! 😊”
This is my first time using a capsule hotel as a woman. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time! It's confirmed that I will return! This is my second experience with a capsule hotel, but I'm much more satisfied with this one compared to others 😊 I didn't realize that not all capsule hotels are the same!! ＜Hotel＞ - Bedroom: good! The capsule was more spacious than I expected, and it had a big TV. Lying down and watching the late-night "Earth Dramatic" was nostalgic and emotional, it was the best 😊 (I am one of those recent young people who got rid of the TV at home, so watching nature programs on a big screen late at night was a very nostalgic experience that was soothing). *Note: There was only one outlet inside the capsule bedroom. (For your reference) - Women have only a shower: good! I found out after applying that there was no large bath or sauna like for men. However, when I actually went to the hotel, I was very satisfied with just the shower 😊 (I felt safe even if I forgot to shave). ★ Things provided, so you don’t need to bring them: - Bath mat towel - Large bath towel - Face towel *The towels were thick, and I didn't run out. - Pajamas - Slippers (This set of items is in the locker) ★ Provided: - Earplugs (next to the elevator) - Toothbrush (ask the staff and they will give you one) ★ You don't need to bring: - Shampoo - Conditioner - Makeup remover - Lotion - Hairdryer ☆ Things that are convenient to bring: - A cup would be handy. - Hairbrush - Hairbands (useful when washing your face) - Mask (many people were coughing in the morning, and I personally felt a little dry throat, so wearing a mask while sleeping might protect my throat) ☆ Caution: - The lockers are quite narrow, about 20cm wide. *However, it seems they can hold onto luggage for those who can’t fit their bags, so it should be okay. - There is one hanger. - The capsule bedroom and shower room have slippers, so there is a shelf in the locker to store shoes on top. (I was able to fit my sneakers, but it seems those with platform boots couldn't, and I saw some people placing their shoes on top of the locker, so it may be worth considering the size of the shoes you wear.) ーーーーー ＜Staff＞ - Cheerful lady: good! - Gal lady: good! - Stern-looking man: good! - The cheerful lady, When I mistakenly checked in too early because I misunderstood the timing, she helped me without showing any displeasure. Later I realized I could store my luggage without checking in, and even though I called her a second time, she kindly took my bags without a frown, and I, feeling anxious and tired in a new place, was very grateful 😊 - When I asked the gal lady where I could get the free toothbrush, I said, "Um... where can I get the toothbrush?" and she replied, "Yes. (hands me the toothbrush)." I was surprised by her quick response and the quick provision! 👏 - The stern-looking man, When I remembered that breakfast was listed as included on the website during check-out and asked about it, I found out it wasn't a service for everyone but different by plan. I was a bit disappointed seeing the breakfast set at the café next door, but he kindly proposed, "For an additional 500 yen, we can change it to include breakfast starting now. Would that work for you?" and I was very happy 😊 The breakfast set at the neighboring café was delicious, making me even happier 😊 I had the opportunity to talk to three staff members, and each of them showed kindness in different ways, which was very pleasant 😊 I want to visit this hotel again! ーーーーーー ＜Café-like tables on the first floor＞ - People were eating and drinking here, and some were working on their PCs. It had outlets and Wi-Fi, which was very convenient 😊 *The wooden chairs are hard, so if you're planning on working on a PC for a long time, you might want to bring a "folding cushion" or something similar. - Between the elevator and the café tables, there was a water dispenser and faucet. → You could fill up hot water for instant noodles bought from a nearby convenience store here 😊 → There was a beer vending machine → There was a juice vending machine ーーーーーー The prices were cheap, the facilities were clean, and the amenities were abundant. The toilets were Western-style and clean, with several available. The bedroom was larger than other capsule hotels.
