Exceptional”
The location was very convenient for transportation (near inner city bus stops, near airport bus stop, and near a train station) and sightseeing purposes (near a lot of tourist spots). I also particularly loved that they have heated flooring (the room). It was very comfortable to walk bare foot inside the room despite the cool autumn weather. The only downside is that they provide two small towels. It might be best for you to bring your own especially if you have a long hair like mine.

Location near from jongno 5 ga station exit 4, not difficult to find the location, the room is clean, good quality with affordable price, the staff so friendly can speak English also, thanks to keep my items until i check in ^^

Great Location and easy communication with staff”
This was an excellent hostel as location is very easy to access, staff are responsive, and room was clean. tips - we stayed in an ensuite double but the room was in the very corner, so no wifi in room. for winter it was quite cold in the bathroom and the water was hot so long as you shower early morning.

The hostel is within 5 mins walking distance from Exit 4 of Jongno 5(o)-ga Station, Line 1. Once you book, you will receive email from them, preferable to contact them by using WhatsApp or WeChat, they’re prompt to your message. The hostel is surrounded by restaurants, a 24H convenient store, GS25 and pharmacies. Along the same alley, there are few red light massage shop, but don’t worry, those aunties will not disturb you. Please bring your towel as the one they provided is small. Do careful when entering toilet, the door frame is low, the door clearance height is about 170cm only. No housekeeping during my stay. They required you to change indoor slipper once you enter the hostel, no shoes allowed, shoe racks with lock is provided. Overall, I’m happy with the stay with excellent and strategic location.

The bed line is not so clean, I can see trace of blood on it. Good location, near to airport bus 6002, subway and guangjang market. The room is very tiny. But consider the money I paid, still it is worth to recommend.

The host is very friendly and able to give a lot of tips where to eat like a local. It is very friendly environment and easy to mix around with other guests. I was there for 5 nights and enjoyed the stay very much!

Located in the middle of a street of Red light district and very poor soundproofing”
Pros: Staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. room was the one of the cleanest hostel I've stayed in (no mold, no smells, very clean). Cons: - But i wished I knew it was in the middle of a red light district before i stayed (you'll have to walk by all the "red lights" if you're heading to Gwangjang Market). - Soundproofing was the worst though, DDM is surrounded by 24h shopping and you can imagine people streaming into the hostel all times of the night, the sound proofing is just terrible. I stayed in the middle of the long hallway and could hear the beeping of the door every time someone punches in the code. I could hear people laughing from their room, needless to say, if someone as much as spoke a single word on the corridor, it would be as loud as speaking beside me. I've stayed in many hostels before, i carry earplugs with me, i had my earplugs plugged in but i would still wake up every few hours from all the noise. IT WAS THE WORST I'VE NEVER SLEPT.

However, the bathroom could have been nicer and our room was very small and didn’t have a window. There always a dodgy smell throughout the place. Still worth it for the cheap price though.

Very strategic location”
You can literally walk to Gwangjang Market everyday for lunch and walking distance to DDP. Very close to Subway too even tho the area is a bit dodgy and full of massages place.

The room is very small and the soundproof is bad. Location is OK, it's quite deserted even though it's just 10 pm. Bus overall, it's fine for "budget" travelers like us.

Honest Review ”
Pros: 1) 150m to Jongno5ga subway station 2) Cheapest (single room) in Seoul 3) Near 24hrs convenient store 4) Reception can speak English and help with direction 5) Can walk to Gwajang Food Market & Near airport bus Cons: 1) Not really clean. Alot of hair on my bed once i checked in? toilet leaking 2) Its location in the middle of red light district left/right u need to pass by but its safe, they dont disturb u 3)Reception not always there even 8am-8pm is their working hours 4) Stayed for almost 7 days but they dont change my bed sheet and towel 5) Provide bath towel but it is as small as face towel lol
