Not worth it for the price. When I arrived, I realised this place has no lobby, front desk or staff. It's just a residential condo. I spent 30min struggling to find staff or a lobby. I tried to call but the number listed in booking receipt didn't work. I googled the place and tried that number and that didn't work. I ended up finding a local who opened a karaoke who was gracious enough to help me to find a staff member who came and let me into the place. I was given a ton of rules but not even an apology. When I left, I had to find another gracious neighbour to call a taxi for me. There was no direct way to reach staff. The staff told me to call agoda, then agoda will call their company who will call the staff. Wtf. I've stayed at $10/night bungalows with better service. My internet didn't work and needless to say there wasn't even an easy way to let them know. The AC was nice.

The staff is very kind and helpful. And, the room is neat and comfortable. It is great place for stay short time, or long time.

You need to have a cellphone to call the staff when you arrive coz no recetion and staff. The stafff's English is not good though they are very nice. We couldn't get the infomation that we need due to communication problem. If you just need a place to sleep, this is a good choice. Dun expect other services.

This is a great place to stay, good location, very clean and nice. And very helpful staff. However this place has no reception, you must call them when you get there. Hopefully you have a local phone...

Relaxing”

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it was easy walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. It was a great price for what it offered- typical Japanese style 1 BR apt. Comfortable for my son and I, but would be tight for 3 adults. There's not much of a view, but we weren't sitting around the room- we were gone exploring, so we didn't care. I'm glad we stayed here!

場所が分かりずらく、建物に到着しても受付？フロント？がない ネットで電話番号調べて電話するとどこからか案内の女性がやってきて滞在中のタオルの交換や退出時の鍵の返却方法など説明して、それ以降チェックアウトまでも会うことはなかった 日中に部屋の掃除をしていたようですが、お客へのサービスというよりも、部屋を汚されたくないという感じがしました でも、それぞれ受け止め方次第だと思うので気にならなければ快適に過ごせると思います

지도를 보면서 찾아갔지만 호텔 간판이 전혀 보이지 않아서 주변만 몇바퀴를 돌다 겨우 찾았습니다. 프론트같은 체크인및 안내 공간도 없는대다가 직원들도 어디에있는지 모르겠어서 10분이상을 찾다, 기다리다 기다리다 겨우 직원을 만날 수 있었습니다. 체크인도 방안에서 이루워졌는데 필요한게 있거나 궁금한게 있을때 물어볼 직원은 보이지도 않고 방에서 하염없이 기다릴 수 밖에 없었습니다. 심지어 처음에 안내받은 방이 잘못 안내받은거라며 다시 짐을 챙겨 2층에서 4층으로 올라갔습니다. 엘레베이터도 없는데!! 꼴랑 호텔찾고 체크인하는데 거의 한시간이나 소비해, 방도 옮겨. 지칠대로 지쳐있었는데 직원의 태도도 맘에들지 않았습니다. 굉장히 귀찮아하는 모습에 너무너무 화가났습니다. 다시는 절대로 이 호텔을 이용하지 않을것입니다.
