Amazing hotel ”
I'm appreciated the hotel boss take my another family members, due to another hostel was rejected our check in late (Oppa Hostel). Overall this hostel is great and I feel comfortable like home stay and high recommend go to Stay Seoul Residence!!!

Next door to Hanyang Hospital with many cheap reastaurants closeby. Stay Seoul has washing machine and cooking facilities Very close to E mart supermaket lines 2 and 5 and airport bus 6010. The owner's son was very helpful!

great location but small room and no hot water ”
according to us, location is great. Staffs are friendly and helpfull. Quite clean and adorable. Small room but safe. there is one thing about the shower. We stay around december and the temperature is about 4 degrees below 0.There is no hot water to shower. so we have to choose which part of the body need to be clean first. Most of all, the hoel is great

budget motel”
This motel is hard to find. Tucked away in a small street with just a small sign. Beds are hard and no separate shower stall. You stand next to a sink to shower and no temperature control for the hot water. No extra pillows and pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. They don’t give you big towels. No air conditioner and a bit noisy late at night and early mornings. Good points: clean, has refrigerator, washer and restaurants are abundant and the train is very close.

location is average, around 15mins walk to subway/metro; hot water is not hot at all, only between cool/warm. it is a problem as I was there around xmas/new year and it is like -10c at night!! the internal heat is enough though

使いやすいレジデンス”
ツインを頼んだのになぜかダブルベッドが１つの部屋になっており、あちらのミスということでした。他の部屋が空いていなかったのでそこに無理やりエクストラベッドを入れるという対応でした。 トイレからは下水の匂いがし、明らかに1人用の広さに無理やりベッド2台を入れたがために、かなり狭くて嫌な思いをしました。 翌日部屋を変えてもらえることになり、そちらは広さも十分だったので快適でした。 ただ、部屋を変えてもらえるということは初日は言われていませんでした。 初日のミスと対応の悪さがなければ…と思うと残念です。 往十里駅との間にはお店も多く、すぐそばにコンビニもあるので、立地はよかったです。

今まで２回利用して、２つの部屋を利用しましたが、どちらもシャワーも問題なく、TVも大きめで写りも良かったです。 リネン類も清潔でした。 スタッフさんには日本語がわからない方もいますが、一生懸命に対応してくれます。 英語がちょっと出来れば問題ありません。 往十里駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、往十里駅からは江南、江北どちらも近いので便利です。 大学病院が隣にあるため、日中や26時ぐらいであれば、歩いてすぐのところにタクシーが待機していました。 駅にはE-MART、チムチルバンもありますし、宿の目の前にコンビニもあります。 生活する雰囲気で滞在するにはお勧めの宿です。 私はまたリピすると思います。

衛生面にもう少し気を遣ってほしい”
スタッフの方は日本語は話せないものの、なんとなく把握して親切にしてくれました。 ただ、お風呂場にあるタオルに毛が付いていた事が残念でした。 あと、かけ布団がシーツでした。 それを除けば、冷蔵庫に水も用意されてるし、 ３人での宿泊の値段を考えればとても良かったです。

最寄りの地下鉄駅からは徒歩８分位です。ただ、ホテルに近い駅の出口はとても長い階段だったので大きな荷物の方は大変だと思いました。 チェックインの際には日本語が話せるスタッフの方がいらして、すんなりとチェックインできました。 日本語のスタッフさんがいらっしゃらない時に質問をしましたが、一生懸命に内容を理解してくださり解決することができました。ありがたかったです。 部屋はとにかくきれいです。スーツケースを広げることも十分です。 清掃もきれいに行って頂きました。 シャワーの水圧もまあまあでしたが、強いて言えばお湯が出ず水でした。ものすごく暑い時期だったので問題はありませんでしたが、冬場もこのままだと大変だなあと思いました。 窓はありましたが、丁度漢陽大学病院側の部屋だったのでソウル等の景色は見えませんでした。 地下鉄も２号線や５号線が通っているので中心部にも簡単に行くことができます。 漢陽大学が近いので若い人が多く周囲にもたくさんのお店があり不自由なく過ごすことができました。

往十里（ワンシムニ）駅は、３つの地下鉄が走ってることもあり交通の便はとてもいいです。 オーナーさんもとても素敵な女性で値段のわりにとても満足でした。
