Good hotel in Paris”
Room is clean, & good in hygienic condition. Able to offer essential facilities to traveler. Supermarket is downstairs that people can buy what they need. Good value for money. Hotel manger was helpful and was will to provide information. Staffs are also friendly. Around 10 minutes walk from bus stops and metro station. There is a book store downstairs with wonderful environment. Overall this is good choice.

Bed Infested with Bugs!”
Our stay was quite disappointing. I do not recommend anyone to stay there. We checked in around 10 30 p.m to the facility. Everything seemed fine. We get to the bed, it was ALL infested with bed bugs. We called the emergency number, they said they cannot do anything until the following day and this is not considered as emergency and no other rooms were available. We didn't sleep all night, stayed seated on the chairs. The following morning, no one was available until 9 am, we had early work that we had to postpone in order to see what can be done, since we booked it for 2 nights. Still, no one bothered to give it importance, check the room or find a solution. Their only offer was to send someone to disinfect it, but we would still need to stay in it. We refused to sleep in that same room and demanded a refund. We took our things and left, even though we had no where else to stay.
