Clean, comfortable, accessible location”
It’s a nice hotel near the airport. Popular areas of Mumbai are far but easy to get to by cab/uber or train. Just be aware they have strict rules which were a surprise to me: no food from outside is allowed so if you bring back extra food from a restaurant they will make you throw it out or eat it outside. Even bottled water they won’t let through which I thought was kind weird. They also do not allow any visitors, only a registered guest in the booking. So if you have a friend coming to meet you, or whoever (wink wink), they will tell you to meet in the lobby or hotel bar/restaurant. These rules are strict no exceptions. If it doesn’t work for you, book elsewhere as I wish I had done.

So location wise closer to airport, which makes it good Hotel is peaceful, staff respectful, and cleanliness better than expected However couple of things need consideration They dont allow. Outside food which made us not able to try different snacks at our leisure in the room. No complimentary airport drop off, despite staying for 8 nights. No briefing on what attractions as a guest we can go to or any tour plans There is no complimentary discounts on any shops in hotel. Premises or special offers for the guests.

A Disappointing Stay”
I'm really upset about my stay at this hotel. The staff might be friendly, but that's the only good part. The place itself is terrible. It's so damp and there's no air circulation. The towels never dry, the floor is always wet and slippery, and it feels like a sauna. They claim to be an eco-friendly hotel, but they give you disposable toiletries, which is the opposite of being eco-friendly. The water bottles in the room are just open glass bottles, and who knows how many people touched them before they ended up in my room. It's just gross that the same person who cleaned the bathroom put those bottles there. The quilt on the bed had oily stains like someone was eating in bed before. Disgusting! The internet is weird too. They only let you connect two devices per room and you have to put in your phone number. It's such a hassle. And the "Do Not Disturb" sign means nothing. They woke me up by calling to ask if I wanted cleaning, even though the sign was out. Isn't the whole point of that sign to not be disturbed? To top it off, I ordered an Uber auto-rickshaw, and they wouldn't let it into the hotel premises. I had to walk out in the pouring rain during the monsoon. It's not like having an auto-rickshaw would make the hotel look bad. Even in Thailand, they let your tuk-tuk into the hotel. I've stayed in so many hotels in India and around the world, and this one is just a disappointment. It's like they're treating their own country's transport as something shameful. It's embarrassing.
