Perfect location if you are looking for a very affordable hotel to stay. It’s just right in front of the train station and there are lots of Ubike and places to hire motorbike which allow you to explore the city easily. Very clean and tidy space but somehow my room is not ideal for work as no leg space due to have refrigerator under the desk. It’s a beautiful city and will definitely recommend to my friends. Suggestions: A small green or fake plant would help to make the atmosphere more welcoming. Staff are very friendly but If they could provide more information regarding places to visits and eat will definitely attract a lot more customers.

Pros of the hotel - value for money, very near to train and bus stations, spacious room. Cons of the hotel - cleanliness is seriously lacking. We found 4 small roaches and 3 medium size roaches in various areas of the room. One of the roaches actually crawled into my bag! Am hoping no roaches crawl into our luggages. Very strange phenomenon of having very young service staff wearing their own clothes (no hotel uniform) and a sash of 'please vote for me'. Service staff were monotonous more of the time to us. Service staff forgot to clean our room despite the remindee we gave. We came back to a uncleaned room and had to wait for them to clean. The cleaning staff was a lady wearing a short skirt. The next day, the cleaning staff was a young man. No vacuuming was done on any days. The designer of the hotel rooms did a terrible job. There was no wardrobe despite the spacious room. There was also no shower curtain despite the spacious shower room. The towels were of different quality and some of them stated a different hotel name. Can tell that the boss of the hotel just want a super basic room for their guests. There is a members only mini casino at one part of the hotel and it looks dubious. All in all, it seems like some shady business is going on. Would not recommend to anyone. There are better hotels just nearby.
I’ve stayed here multiple times when I want to have peace and go away from my roommates 🫣🤣 The hotel was located in a convenient area, just right in front of the train station and nearby convenience stores and malls. The facilities were excellent, Wi-Fi was okay. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were kind. Although the property was the cheapest, it was definitely value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and transport options.

I was thoroughly pleased with this hotel. While not fancy, it met our needs perfectly being clean and right across from the train station and in front of the main bus stops. Will definitely stay there again on our return trip to Tainan. The front desk staff stood out as exceptionally kind and professional. We were given coupons for coffee as well as snacks. We opted for the Haagen-Dazs and loved it, of course!
