It felt like a high end school dorm... the staff are helpful and friendly. We love the shared kitchen :) it's so clean and comfy... would definitely stay here again...can't wait to visit the other branches.... it's like a cowork space with a millennial feel <3 super love the witty quotes on the wall... and everywhere....

Facility could use some upgrade but friendly staff overall”
The room is neat and cozy. Get everything I need. But the shower is somewhat special. You need to press the faucet continuously to get the water flowing. And the hair dryer is broken. Besides these petty problems, the location is superb! It is really convenient and close to the city center. You get really good view from the window.

Friendly staff and clean room”
The room is clean and spacious. The location is quite good - there are supermarkets and post office in walking distance. Metro station is within walking distance too (not very near but acceptable distance) and the nearest metro is convenient to get to most tourists spots in Paris. The staff is friendly. I arrived in the hotel at 6am while their normal check-in time is 3pm. They allowed me to rest in the common area and arranged priority cleaning of my room. In the end I could check in at around 10am, which was really helpful! They have a luggage storage room to keep your luggage if you need more time to explore the city before/after check-in/out.

Nice but not up to the TSH standards”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. But when you have stayed at other Student Hotels, this one was a bit of a let down and not up to the TSH standards that other cities do. No amenities and the rooms were not as designed as their other hotels. We stayed here for 1 night so it was fine. The parking facilities were spacious and clean. The closest subway was a 10 min. walk. There is a supermarket closeby if you need groceries.

Good hopes but slightly disappointing”
Staff weren't overly welcoming when we checked in, then the TV in our room didn't work and when raised to the staff they said there wasnt anything they could do until the next day and didn't offer to move us to another room. We didn't hear anything the next day and it was only at 9.30am on the morning of checking out that someone came to have a look, pointless at that point. We were made to pay extra for taxes, which my understanding was everything was included in the price paid on Agoda. Our room wasn't cleaned/no fresh towels etc during our stay. The only plus was that it wasnt too far from public transport and therefore allowed us to travel in and around Paris easily.

Exceeded Expectations”
We were moving into TSH from a nightmare property and we had jitters coming here. However, we were greeted by friendly receptionists whom were graceful and helpful. The rooms were basic but spacious (for the standards of the city) and clean. The location is in a quiet, cosy and modern neighborhood; sandwiched between the CBD and picturesque Puteaux. Transportation into Paris is just a short walk away. We had a lovely stay exploring the neighborhood. Would recommend it to those who want to see a different side of Paris.

Apartment Style with common kitchen in Esplanade de la Defense”
Within 15mins walk from Esplanade de la Defense station on Metro Line 1(Yellow Line)- easy for transport and the same line that has most of Paris' attractions and just changing at CDG Etoile you can go to other tourist transactions within average travel time of 35-40mins from the hotel including the walking. The staff was friendly and welcoming,does not speak good english but very helpful. The room is big and clean,you can use the kitchen which is a big thing for us as we were trying our best to enjoy paris without spending loads. You can cook breakfast and dinner in the kitchen as you would probably be outside for lunch most of the time. It is safe as only guests or tenants with the Card can access the rooms,the kitchen, the swimming pool,the gym(no free weights),the laundry,the cafe. One thing we were not happy was NOT regarding the staff or hotel but with one of the tenants on our floor who also uses the same kitchen that we use. He looked asian,chinese probably(without being racist,just basing on how he looks)- we were not expecting french people to be very friendly as what our tour guide told us but he was just disturbing in the sense that he was banging every thing he was using while preparing his food. He was banging the cupboards, the utensils,everything! which was annoying and shows deep lack of consideration for others like us who was in the kitchen at the same time. We have met other tennants using the same kitchen and they were all nice especially the black couple( again not being racist) who were always smiling and always says hi every time we were all in the kitchen. The toilet and shower were good and functioning well. Noise was not an issue except for when the opposite door opens or closes you can hear and feel your own door vaccuums and makes a noise but all in all, I would still definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional”
Very helpful and friendly staff! Nice to have a fridge and cooking facilities in a common area on each floor. Quite location within short walking distance to shops, restaurants and La Defense. Rooms very minimalistic, no body lotion (have not asked for it, I am sure they have some on stock), on the other side teh shops are only a few minutes walk away to buy whatever you need. They have a billard table and an outdoor pool (not yet open due to the cold season).

Very nice stay, close to la defense. The staff is lovely and helpful. Pool is clean and breakfast is very good too. Only thing: no shampoo and hairdryer otherwise we had a nice time.
