Friendly and easy access to vieux port”
Next to vieux port. friendly staff who helped me travel planning. Had issues with hot water in shower but they gave access to another shower room for hot water. Apart from that facilities, people, location are ood for money

Great vibe, bathrooms weren't the cleanest”
Looks like it's by far the most popular hostel in Marseilles, so you'll meet a lot of other travelers there. However, the particular room I was in (B6) had this shower with a tile floor that was falling apart. Worse yet, the toilet is in another room, with no way to wash your hands without going to the bathrooms. Finally, the terrace is right below the neighbor's so you can't be loud there after 10pm, but it's easy to miss the sign there.

Nice for the price”
The staff was kind and Facilities were nice. However it's too noisy. Drunken people went around the buildings and even knocked on my room. And pieces of wood were dropped on my bed because of the wooden ceiling

I spent a night at a dormitory. I have good price and enjoyed the decor and vintage style of the hotel. A big share kitchen is a plus

Bad incident ”
The receptionist offered to put valuable things in the safe, where they, she said, will be without any access, except staff of the hostel. I believed her and put my wallet with 70 euro and bank card into this "safe". On my fifth day my goods disappeared. The manager suggested to search my room more thoroughly, supposing that I have forgotten where I put it last time. While I was searching my room, I got sms from my bank that access denied (I blocked the card) . Someone, who stole my wallet (from the "safe") was trying to buy something with my card. The staff didn't want to compensate a sum at the place, so I had to leave the city earlier than I planned. After a letter to the director from home they refunded me 70 euro and returned. Thanks, at least, for this, but good impressions of first days was spoiled. I must admit, location is very interesting, very close from the Old Port, heart of Marseille.

Everything was great”
It is located near the Vieux-Port (just walk about 5min), near ferry, bus and metro. Supermarkets are not far if you don't want to eat outside. Bedsheets are provided (except for the blanket? There was only a thick blanket available). The wi-fi in the room was not bad at all, but the wi-fi in the common room was so slow : maybe you can use the computers available near the reception for a better connection.

Nice hotel, good location but not well facility”
Very good location hotel: bus stop nearby, 2 mins walk to ferry across vieux port (using 1 day metro ticket), 2 mins walk to bus station go across the seashore. 4 beds room is big with 2 bathroom is an Advantage, however beds are not good quality: no curtain, wall,... in comparison with other hostels. No charger on beds, it's on the wall quite far to bed.

CLOSE TO ATTRACTIONS, SAD BREAKFAST”
Close to the port and attractions. Average bathroom and bed. Breakfast is just bread (cut yourself). But overall I manage to get a good rest and for the location, I would recommend this place if you're on tight budget.

Not so organised ”
The staff lost the payment receipt and claimed I had not paid in fact I did and it’s shown on my credit card history as being pending as normal credit card payment. The other staff woke me up at almost midnight insisting I had not made payment. At the end he let me sleep and said would wait for few days. 2days later the payment went through but the system still showed not paid . Finally one of the staff agreed to let me go. Everyone was queuing in the kitchen because there were only two electric stove and also the drier was burnt

Buena ubicación.”
Hostel un poco caro para ser habitaciones compartidas. Una de las personas con las que compartía habitación tenía la mesa llena de comida, tabaco y mierda. Se puso a liar un porro dentro de la habitación y le dije que eso no podía hacerlo. El man se violentó, bajé a la recepción y me cambiaron de habitación, las chicas muy amables, pero no le dijeron nada. El hostel tiene dos cocinas y una sala para estar. Muy básico pero útil. La habitación tenía el baño y la ducha separado de escaleras, bastante incómodo. No han pasado una escoba por debajo de la cama en semanas. Faltan cosas mínimas dentro de las habitaciones, como enchufes y percheros.

Intalações simples mas bom custo-benefício”
A localisação é exceptional para quem quer passear pelo Vieux Port. O albergue é à 5 minutos dos barcos que saem para o Pqrque Nacional des Clanques e para as ilhas. Muito prático. Os quartos são muito simples mas o preço é razoável. Infelizmente no quarto que fiquei escutávamos todoo ruído da rua (ao lado de um bar muito barulhento. A equipe é educada e acolhedora.

8人部屋ミックスドミトリー”
部屋にはトイレシャワーが２つありました。独立トイレとシャワーがそれぞれ1つずつ、シャワー&トイレが1つという構成で混み合うこともなく使えました。清潔で熱いシャワーも出ます。ドミの皆さんは静かな人たちばかりでよく眠れました。 B棟に泊まりましたが、そこの台所はなぜか臭かったのでレセプションのある棟の小さめのキッチンと共有部分のソファにいました。 チェックインは葉書より少し小さめの紙に名前とチェックアウトの日付を記入して専用の磁石のついたクリアファイルに入れてベッドの金属部分に貼り付ける仕組み。連泊するなら留守中に他の人に布団を乗っ取られる心配がなくなりますね。各部屋に入るキーはカードキーでした。 チェックアウトはそのクリアファイルをレセプションに返して終了。チェックアウト後の荷物はレセプションの後ろにある鍵のかかる専用ストレージで預かってくれます。
