From the ladies at the check-in to the hotel cleaning staff, everyone was very polite. I was really impressed with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The bed and the pillows were very very comfortable and made it nice for a guy like me who travels 2-3 weeks a month on the road. The location of the hotel is only about 10 minutes from Katy Mills and you can see the...

Hotel put me in room #423. I was told hotel was not full. Was shocked to be awaken past midnight by what sounded like a group of loud, drunks trying to open my door. Then, they moved along to next room. Unfortunately, once this group entered-- they tried to open the SIDE door which opened to MY room. Was very frightened because I did not know how "secure" the do...

Went for my 22nd birthday with my boyfriend and overall it was very appealing! The pool was great we sat under the cabana and drank mimosas which were also very nice! Room was cozy and nice only complaint was that our tv and lamps did not work at all. Luckily we weren’t in the room much! Service and staff were very attentive and helpful at all times! Thought this hotel...

Great hotel for doing business or shopping at the Mall. Staff was very friendly, but we arrived at 2am and had to get our own bags to the room as the bellman was nowhere to be found. This made our arrival feel a bit like we were at a Best Western. It would have been nice, as a business traveler to have complimentary internet.

Room was large and very comfortable. High speed wifi was free. Lobby design was impressive with flowing water and two live swans!! Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Response to a smelly room, because the previous guest smoked, was very quick. Breakfast was a little slow when there was a number of guest as only one chef was there to do almost everyt...

It was not simple bisness trip. I had to meet with a lot of persons. I had been executed objectives completelly as I booking Sheraton near Gallery I think. I needed quick internet to solve a lot of problem and I had it in the room. Further a having pool in hotel admited me to have a rest and recondition. Thankrs I lived near Galery I have been able to buy presents...

It was nice stay, staff is nice and always ready to help specially front desk, breakfast was good but need to add some more hot stuff, AC was bit noisy, laundry is a big help specially if you r travelling with young kids, overall we enjoy our stay here.

After a non completely positive experience at Comfort Inn in Monterey we decided to give Comfort Inn a second chance, just a few days later. This time the accommodation exceeded my expectations by far. Big room, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast (choice of two hot orders), friendly and professional staff made my stay comfortable. If the air conditioning were more ...

Need to extend my booking last min as I realised I made booked the hotel incorrectly to end one day earlier. It was nice that my stuffs are not turned out when I return. And I managed to get the same room with their help as well. Only thing is that I got them to assist with getting a ride to IAH airport and the 30+min ride in the morning cost me $70 (to my surprise)....

Given that this is a 3-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Of course, I chose it for the location so close to the Galleria. It is also less than a mile from St. Michael the Archagel Catholic Church on the same road. Although, the hotel is right beside a Men's Club, I did not notice it until I was told. We were there on a weekday and out during the day til bedti...

Not friendly and offensive I called it in the duty of customer services. Prior to moving in the hotel, I was in the next door motel 2 nights with a broken heater in many room changing experiences. After this incident, I was still being miss treated. Could you understand my frustration in hospitality industrial business?

The hotel is among a few low budget hotel chain like Motel6 and others. However, the quality of the hotel is 2 star and below. There was still wet pee stain on the floor next to the toilet. One left over bar soap still stay on the ledge very visibly (the maid just did not pull the shower curtain) to do a wash. When I complaint of the one burn light bulb, no one cam...

The location is the main upside of this hotel. In general, the hotel is clean and check-in process is simple. All in all, it's worth paying for. Still, there should be a doorknob sign for Room Service cuz sometimes the housekeepers come in too early and we ended up having to tell the reception every time we left the room.

We booked one room for two nights at this Sleep Inn & Suits in Houston, Texas through Agoda.com and paid for it all in advance. We were asked to show the credit card to the front desk clerk when we showed up at this hotel to check in. The female clerk took our Discover card and walked away to make a copy of it. Everything was great until the next day after we left and...
Cheap places to stay in Westchase

When I go there for check in, I have to wait 5 min to see the guy. Then he chargerd me again even I already paid when I booked on agoda.com. I told him that I already paid and showed the confirmation email. He told me to call agoda and he did not about this. I had to call agoda and the hotel refunded my money. It wasted my time. I also can not connect the wifi, so I co...

The hotel worked well for me. I had a conference next door at the Royal Sonesta. I choose this place because it was advertised to have breakfast included. I was there 4 nights and there was no breakfast any of the mornings. The story is that Extended Stay America requires them to.order breakfast items from a specific third.party vendor and this third part vendor was ou...

the room/studio is fully equipped with all what i needed: comfortable bed, kitchen sized fridge, dish washer, iron & iron board, microwave,tv, dvd, & nice clean bathroom. hotel has a free 24 hrs laundry, and gym. the service is good . the hotel locatio in very near to the memorial mall. this hotel will be my choice the next time i travel to houston.

Would consider the hotel simple but robust, completely in line with each 3 stars. Notwithstanding, they tried to make your comfortable providing service beyond expectations. The example for me here was helping me out with my European plug on my adapters by giving me a universal adapter for the during of my stay. Well done.

The hotel was great with the Energy Corridor near to a lot of Oil and Gas companies. Unable to move around without a car, the hotel is equip with a shuttle that is willing to bring you around 6 miles away from the hotel complementary. It's a new hotel with nice design allowing me to enjoy the whole stay there. Allowed me to late check out on my last day (flight at 8pm)...

We mistakenly booked this hotel not realising it had very few reviews. I would stay away as our room wasn't very clean. The photos are very misleading, it isn't as modern as they want you to think. The hotel appears to be catered for conventions? Unlike the photos, the bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo with a dirty tub and nasty shower curtain. Very disappointed as w...

Staff was incredibly friendly. We tried our luck checking in early, and as luck would have it, they were not at their normal high volume so we were able to check in a few hours early. Not only that, they upgraded our room for free. We had a pretty great view of uptown Houston. It was located only minutes away from the Houston Improv Theater (which we were there for). I...
