Fantastic find”
Top-notch cleaning, facilities and staff. Pool and sauna wonderful and very well-equipped with private appointments so you have it to yourself. The hotel considers its client's needs and so has comfortable lounge with coffee (free of charge) set up from 11 to 6 every day. Good, safe area with tons of restaurants nearby.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. The staff at checkin and checkout was very welcoming, nice and helpful. This is quite an asset in Paris. The room was really good, clean and worthy of a 4-star hotel. Great stay overall, will go back.

We stayed for a nice weekend and liked the hotel and location. We highly appreciated the staff's friendliness, at check-in we got upgraded without asking for it, during our stay staff was friendly and helpful, and when we had forgotten some personal belongings on our departure, the matter was honestly and professionally handled! We have no hesitation to stay there next time.

Modern and clean hotel”
Pros - I was in Paris attending a congress at Paris congress centre. This hotel is about 15min walk to the congress centre. Its also within walking distance to arc de tromphe and champ elysees (15min walk). The nearest metro st is about 10min walk from the hotel. It has modern interior, clean, with friendly staff. They provide all basic necessities including kettle , coffee, tea, slipper, iron, hair dryer. The bathroom is spacious with bathtub and nice shower. In summary a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Paris. Cons none.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel, but did ask on four occasions if someone could look at our bar fridge as it wasn’t working and there was a heat wave in Paris. Nobody came to look at the fridge the whole time we were there.

The Room was small but it was ok for me , the problem was the noise! Very noisy rooms. U hear everything from everywhere. Also the Doors are very old and not secure. Theres no one to help u with ur luggage. The main entrance door is very bad. Staff was nice.

Not recommended, very law value/money ratio and and arrogant staff”
I have got this hotel for a special Agoda discount price hoping to have a relaxed night and a visit to a sauna before that. So I was very disappointed upon our arrival: the lady at the reception desk was arrogant and not nice. The morning receptionist was fine though. The hotel is very old and ruined down, the rooms are not very clean and rather cold (it heated up through the night though). The location was ok. The sauna wasn't working. The place clearly doesn't match its 4 stars. For the full price, you can definitely find a much better place to stay.

I would like to thank the staff which was very helpful regarding any issue. Would also like to mention the location which is very close to Arc de Triomph and have acceses to metro stations which can easily get you to any place in Paris. The hotel was quite clean and I would definately choose it was my next stay in Paris

Small hotel within a great location ”
the hotel is within a great location and walking distance to the arc de triomphe. the swimming pool is tiny and freezing cold. there is a sauna however disappointing not to have a steam room. the rooms are quite small but are kept well presented and are cleaned regularly. there is an expresso machine in the room which is a bonus. the first two cups are complimentary. they charge ten euros for a croissant and hot drink at breakfast and twenty euros for egg and toast with a hot drink. i think it's better to have breakfast outside the hotel for a better price. the staff are friendly and helpful to your needs. overall a pleasant stay.

Great hotel, amazing customer service”
What a great hotel, we stayed for one night for the Paris marathon. They let us drop our big bag off the day before as we were staying with friends elsewhere, we had late checkout, they kept our bags again while we explored. Small room but had everything we needed. Quiet, great location, velib bikes right outside! Would stay again.

great location but small rooms”
The location is great, very handy to the underground and other attractions. The staff are friendly. We stayed there for a week. Everything was perfect till the second last night----the air-conditioning in our room broke down in the second last night and we had to move to another room--a pretty small room. The problem can;t be fixed and we had to move to another room in the last night--a very small one; a single room actually. They have tried their best though but this has affected our mood quite a bit.
